Border City - Magic Shop
The red smoke entered the old manager's room. The old woman was seated behind the desk. Her eyes were closed. The zero puppet in the red smoke form was puzzled.
It had been inside the room for some time, but the old woman didn't make a move at all. The zero puppet grew suspicious.
It thought the Master was right in suspecting the old woman.
The old manager was in deep thought. She was not actually sleeping.
She had been resting after coming back from meeting the guests earlier. Even the guests might have reached home, but she hadn't gotten up from her seat.
She didn't expect the masked man to inquire about the islands. And the masked man had come here to help the Head of the Ironvale Family.
She thought the masked man inquiring about the islands was no coincidence, especially if he was able to identify the injuries on the body of Head Roland.
