A dark, damp, narrow passage stretched endlessly in front of Lith.
The walls at the sides had human-like veins upon them. As a Vampire, Lith was sensitive to blood and could immediately make out that fresh, real blood flowed through these.
Following these veins in the narrow passage, he reached the first actual prison cell where a human prisoner was nailed to the wall.
There were multiple arrays within the prison cells and Lith recognized some of them, thanks to the teachings of Vanessa, the Supreme Rank Array Master.
One of the arrays kept the man alive while the other drained his blood. The fresh blood was collected via another array and pumped into the veins.
This whole place was filled with arrays, and there were multiple ones scanning him too. The only reason he could bypass them was due to his bloodline and being a Vampire was what he thought.
Moving on, Lith saw a few more cells in the darkness.
