In the Genesis Thunder Rift, Yasenia allowed her body to free-fall as the thunder's intensity, her resistance to it, and the depth constantly increased.
Her falling pace was not quick; the atmosphere and other factors slowed down her fall to only 10,000 kilometers per day.
Big Sister Ji looked at Yasenia's closed eyes and pondered internally about how long it would take this girl to adapt fully. 'If she just free-falls like this, won't it take quite a long time for her to reach the bottom?'
She, as a female dragon, was quite sensitive to smells. Therefore, she knew that Yasenia was pregnant. 'If she gives birth here, she will die. I will remind her if I feel that she is close.'

She was quite surprised. Previously, the Primordial Energy Core only absorbed and transformed energy. While the word "only" doesn't really suit that precious treasure, compared to the Primordial Starheart, Yasenia could only describe it as such.

Yasenia hummed. "Genesis energy? What does it do exactly?"
Big Sister Ji explained. "Genesis is the source. Genesis is the formation. Genesis is the foundation. Therefore, that energy is usually used to enhance the very base of your existence. When you mix that energy with the trapped remnants of Heavenly Lightning in this area and the traces of evolution energy, the final result is the Genesis Thunder Rift. A place where you can basically enhance your innate resistance against Heavenly Lightning."
Yasenia was surprised. "You actually explained it?"
Big Sister Ji laughed. "Were you expecting me to say something like you are too young or too weak to understand?"
Yasenia nodded honestly. She was just trying her luck with no expectations of having an answer.
Big Sister Ji shook her head. "I do admit that some matters do not need to be explained to juniors. They are too convoluted, especially if we want to speak about the true source of things. However, superficial explanations are not that taboo. While they might shrink the worldview by giving certain events too clear a meaning, they sometimes also open new outlooks."
Yasenia understood this principle. For example, if someone told you that a pan was made to bash heads, would you ever guess that the thing was initially created for cooking? Yasenia answered in a weak voice. "I am doing okay, don't worry, love. Just focus. In a few months, I'll be able to resist."
Sui Xing, meanwhile, sighed. 'For even Yasenia to suffer this much, this trial is indeed ridiculous. Of course, normally, those attempting it won't take just a few years. They will most likely need to be down here for a few thousand years.'
