Because the density of Spiritual Qi at the Ascension Gate has reached a level where she absolutely cannot control her urge to cultivate anymore!
Who could withstand this!
The degree of its terrifying Qi density gives off the impression of seeing a great many gold and silver!
It's like seeing one tael of silver by the roadside; you might laugh it off, feeling a bit thrilled to be an upstanding person who returns what isn't theirs.
But then you see ten taels of silver, and the thought starts to change slowly. At a thousand, ten thousand, a hundred thousand taels, it becomes extremely difficult to maintain your original nature.
That's the current situation. The last time she was at the Ascension Gate, the Qi was at the limit of what Xun Xian could resist.
Now, after another vast increase, seeing it again... it's at a level where it's exceedingly difficult to control her thoughts.
"I actually want to cultivate properly..."
