Chapter 7 - Responding, Not Reacting

Anxiety may trigger reactions; faith teaches us to respond with wisdom.

"Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him." – Psalm 37:7

Steps:

Recognize the anxious feeling. Pray and pause. Ask: "Lord, how should I respond?" Assess the thought: Is this fact or fear? Take a small action: Call a friend, write down concerns, pray, or take a walk.
