Max released his grip and let the dead body fall to the ground before he swept his gaze across the street.
When he noticed that there weren't any more attackers and the slight commotion their battle had made didn't attract anyone's attention, he relaxed, then ignored the corpses and arrived before Song Min's house.
Just as he was about to push open the door…
Creak!
It opened on its own which surprised him, but then he saw Song Min who showed an obsequious smile that hid his unease and fear and realized he had seen him kill the cloaked duo and knowing he was here for him, he opened the door on his own.
"W-Welcome My Lord…" Song Min bowed.
Max stared down at him and said, "You must be disappointed, aren't you?"
Though Song Min was just a minor character, he was quite sharp and thus he immediately understood what Max meant and it made him tremble in fear.
