Only relying on the glow from other locations to illuminate the dark street.
Aside from the private cars parked here overnight in advance, not many people pass by at night.
Three people were sitting in the car, all with short hair and dressed sloppily, one of them with a cigarette in his mouth.
"Brother Liu, we almost got caught a few days ago. Should we wait a few more days? I'm not feeling safe."
"A big client is here, offering a good price. We must seize this opportunity to make a big profit; once this chance is gone, it won't come again."
The man called Brother Liu threw the cigarette butt underfoot and extinguished it.
Then he glanced at the watch on his wrist.
"It's about time. Let's get to work."

The two sitting in the back got out of the car, stealthily jumped over the fence into Phase II, and came to the front of Building 19.
