"Guh."
Nikita's face grimaced in pain from the sensation of the blade piercing through her heart. The attacker's face contorted into a mocking sneer as he continued to twist the blade deeper through her heart.
"Cough."
Blood trickled down her cherry lips as she tried to take in oxygen to regulate her unstable breathing.
"Ahaha... this is what happens when you become overconfident, you should have killed me first when you had the chance. Although it's a shame I can't deliver you to the boss. I'll at least capture that green-haired woman from before to make up for our failure."
He said as he wrapped his arm around Nikita's slim waist, whispering in her ear. Her beautiful dress was now drenched with blood, and her body was losing strength at an alarming rate. It was obvious she was going to die soon.
"To take revenge for all my fallen comrades, allow me to take your head."
He said as he pulled out the blade that was pierced through her chest. A large amount of blood flowed out of her chest as her legs trembled. The attacker held his sword glistening with blood upwards and was about to slash at her neck, when-
"Please allow me to pay in kind."
A deathly cold voice sounded from behind. He instinctively took a step back the moment he felt that killing intent.
"You!"
He shouted, staring at the person who was releasing such killing intent. For a moment, it felt like time had stopped as he stared into those crimson eyes. Standing only a few inches away from him was a woman with incomparable beauty. Her silver hair swayed gently behind her back as she narrowed her crimson eyes dangerously. Her dress was straight and didn't have a single drop of blood or dirt.
The attacker's eyes widened as his body momentarily froze; soon, he looked back at the body that he had just stabbed moments ago. The body of the wounded Nikita still stood before him. But then...
Crack!
A single crack appeared on her beautiful face. The crack continued spreading until her entire body was covered with cracks. Her body eventually succumbed to the weight of gravity and fell noisily to the ground. The body of Nikita then breaks apart just like fragments of shattered glass.
(Shit, that was a clone, when did she? Wait, that explosion doesn't tell me!)
It's exactly as he thought during the explosion of the Fire spear and thunder spear, Nikita never let her guard down; she had been planning on how to take care of the remaining attackers the entire time. She swaps places with her ice clone, concealing her presence. She waits for the right moment to strike.
"I planned to wait and see if you were going to make a run for it during the explosion, then secretly followed you back to your hideout and deal with those other shit heads, but, to my surprise, I guess a fool will always remain a fool even if they're given the opportunity."
Nikita said exasperatedly. Her clone could've easily taken care of him, but she purposely lowered her guard for him to make a run for it. In the end, instead of making the wise choice of saving his life, he chose to attack instead. What a waste of an opportunity.
(Well, there is no use crying over spilt milk. There are other ways to lure those rats out.)
Nikita's lips were upturned into a wicked smirk.
"Well, why don't you tell me the location of this so-called boss of yours who gave you the orders to capture us?"
"F*ck you!"
He cursed in refusal. Hearing his answer, Nikita could only shake her head in disappointment.
"Fine then, if you want to be stubborn, then I guess I can torture you to my heart's content."
She said, smiling from ear to ear. He clicked his tongue before slashing at her diagonally sideways. Reading the path of the trajectory of the blade, Nikita caught it with her middle and index fingers.
"Tch."
He tried putting more force into the blade, but Nikita's physical strength once again proved to be superior. No matter how much effort he put into his sword, the blade didn't budge from her fingers. Using her free hand, Nikita grabbed the attacker by his neck, raising him into the air.
"Now do you want to answer my earlier question?"
She asked with a bored face.
"Guh! I... w-will no-not betray... m-my comrades."
He said painfully while gasping for air. Hearing his words, Nikita widened her eyes in surprise.
"I see... You have an impressive amount of loyalty. You have my honest praise. However, your loyalty is hindering my plan to take care of those who dare to mock us. For your own sake, I would suggest you make the choice that would save your life."
She said calmly.
"Heh... are you saying... th-that you, wo-would let me go if I tell y-you?"
He asked somewhat dubiously.
"Yes, if you tell me, then I will... all I want is to get rid of the ones who want to do harm to my master."
Nikita said cheerfully. Even though she didn't plan on letting him live, since he could easily become a hindrance to Haruto later on. She decided to play with her opponent psychologically. The fox is a race that is naturally cunning by nature, after all.
"The ba-base is located just.... five blocks from here at an old warehouse where the boss does all his criminal activities."
He explained in a hurry. Believing her words sincerely, hearing his reply to her question, her luscious red lips were curved upwards in satisfaction.
"I see, thank you for the information."
She said with a beaming smile.
"Now I told you everything, can you let me go?"
"Oh, you are right, you have helped me, so I suppose I should return the favour."
Nikita said, letting him go. As soon as his body started to fall, her slender hand transformed into beast claws. She increased their size to three times as big as a human head. Before grabbing him by the face.
"Hmm? Wh-what are you doing?! Didn't you say you would let me go?!"
He exclaimed, panicking.
"Indeed, I did say that I would let you go if you gave me the information I had asked for. However, what about the fact that you have stabbed my clone in the back, have you forgotten?"
His bloodshot eyes widened as 'fear' and 'madness' could be seen in them. However, Nikita chuckled as she continued.
"Just like I said before, allow me to pay in kind."
She said as she started to put pressure on her palm. And thus. The head of the attacker exploded just like an exploding watermelon; his brain and flesh splattered across the ground as the scent of blood mixed in with the cold night air.
Nikita licked the blood that had splashed against her right cheek. The aroma of blood entered her nose with an entranced expression. As her milky white cheeks became tinged with a mix of red. It was an alluring action that would make any man who was lucky enough to witness it.
"Now then, I shall rid this world of those scumbags."
She muttered to herself as lightning flickered around her body until her figure became a blur and she vanished from her original spot.

Inside a shabby-looking warehouse located five blocks away from the location Nikita had been in previously, a muscular man could be seen. As well as fifteen men. The muscular man was a high-ranking adventurer. And the leader of the criminal organisation, who loves to sell drugs and other misdeeds. The leader Bai was a man in his late thirties who tended to allow his lust to compel him to act impulsively.
The royal knights of Albanian constantly tried to catch him, but he wasn't someone who was easy to catch, as he had many other hideouts scattered across the kingdom.
To him, life was nothing more than a big game; he took whatever he wanted and killed whoever he wished. He had no ambition other than living as he pleased. However, his mood had been completely bad since today, when he saw that Kid, who walked into the adventurer guild to get lost, was completely caught off guard and knocked out. Since then, his hatred has been scoring high.
Despite his irritation, he couldn't forget the sight of the two most beautiful women whom he had ever laid his eyes on. The woman with the long twin-tailed green hair and the fox demi-human woman with long silver hair. He could already imagine having them; just imagining it made his heart elated. So, he decided to take those two and deal with the brat who had dared to humiliate him before.
"Yo, boss, don't you think they're taking too long?"
A man dressed in shabby clothing said. He had been patiently waiting for the three who were supposed to bring back two of the most beautiful women he had ever seen, so he was extremely eager.
"Give them some time, I'm sure they must be on their way back by now."
Bai said, sitting comfortably on his chair. His right hand caresses his beard beneath his chin.
They waited for roughly 2 hours, and there was still no sign of them. Frowning, Bai stood up from his seat and walked towards the window, giving him the perfect view of the outside.
"Strange, why are they taking so long?"
He muttered out loud.
"I'm sorry to say this, but those guys won't be coming back."
A soft and feminine voice sounded.
