Bo Wu continued looking around the place for a way out while Amon's voice continued to bother him. He couldn't find any. He tried striking and digging the walls and ceiling. An impenetrable force field prevented him from going any deeper than a few centimeters. This frustrated him. Amon's incessant noise didn't help the situation.
"For hell's sake, I never pegged you to be this noisy and annoying," Bo Wu complained.
"Oh, now you know how I feel when you kept pestering me with your voice, eh?" Amon returned.
After walking around the cavern another time, Bo Wu finally gave up and sat on the large skeleton of an unknown beast.
Amon's voice continued to sound inside his mind. "… Tell me, why do you wait so long before you decide to take over?"
"Because I need to grow beyond your power," Bo Wu answered.
"Oh." Amon stopped speaking when he heard Bo Wu responding.
