After seeing these new Random Skill Scrolls, I didn't feel the same excitement I once would have. Perhaps it was because I wanted to focus on mastering my existing skills for now. Having more would be somewhat pointless—there were few new abilities at such low levels that could offer me anything meaningful. Still, I could use them as materials for my Familiars or as gifts.
My past self would probably slap me for thinking that. I used to be obsessed with leveling every skill. After all, it was all I had. But now my plate was already overflowing with far more. I needed to focus on mastering what I already possessed before chasing after things I couldn't properly handle.
Several skills had been neglected simply because I was too busy juggling everything else: my blood skill, the circuit skills, the fighter-type skills, and so much more.
