All over the world, near invisible rips in space and time began to spread through the sky, releasing many particles into the atmosphere. Humanity has no tools to measure this, the particles began to fall and seep into the earth. Unluckily, many of them were attracted to a certain corpse in the backyard.
Unbeknownst to the owners of this land, something the size of a cell is slowly forming. The remains of dead cells from the corpse slowly forming together, over weeks, more dead beings slowly clump up. These dead beings suddenly begin melting, morphing into a strange, blood red being.
This mysterious being begins to slightly move, ripples across it's surface as if it is water, but strangely holding it's self together, like a magnet submerged in magnetic liquid.
The creature begins to squirm strangely, almost as if he does not understand his own body.
"Damnit, Why can't i move? Have i been kidnapped!" The slime creature begins to shake erratically, small parts snapping off from the sudden movements
"Ow! What the hell is going on? Where am i, what happened?"

The creature begins to visibly calm down, returning to it's original shape of a perfectly round blob of red, Damaged areas slowly beginning to repair.
"Where am i? why can't i see? Or move for that matter?" The creature attempts to move, but ends up spinning at very high speeds.
As the creature thinks about vision, his body shakes, gaining the ability to sense living beings.

"Evolution point? The fuck is that? Explain yourself strange voice!"

"That doesn't answer anything, who are you!"

"That makes literally no sense at all, are you my kidnapper?"
The creature, seemingly battling something in it's head, finally begins to move. After what seems like hours, the creature has finally given up on trying to comprehend what is happening. Beginning to move strangely, it flops around.
"Why even bother anymore, if what this weird voice is saying is true, I'd better figure this out"
The create begins to experimentally move around, it's body morphing and lengthening slightly.
Suddenly, the creature stops moving, and flattens itself.
"What is that? Why is it coming closer?"
A long, thin entity is slowly crawling closer and closer, thousands of tiny hair like appendages moving, propelling it towards it's target. Closer and closer, it lunges at the creature, absorbing it into their body, unnaturally, it shows no signs of the creature inside of it.
The creature feels unbearable pain, it's body feels as if it is being ripped apart and simultaneously feeling every part of it's dissected body. Within seconds, the creature is gone.
"Wait, wasn't I just eaten by that creature? Why can i still think?"
[Answer; You are assimilating into the bacteria.]
The entity begins to shake, as sharp red lines begin to encompass it, the pressure raises as holes are burst all over the body, Cytoplasm pouring out at fast speeds. while suddenly, the parts begin to draw closer to each other, changing colors and reforming into the entity.
