Now Evelyn Shane is already over forty.
Despite being willing to spend money on maintaining her appearance, her looks inevitably began to decline.
Loose skin, dull features.
But she has money!
Upon hearing the various wonders about Sarah Sullivan, the plastic surgery master, she came to request cosmetic surgery from Sarah Sullivan.
Evelyn Shane confidently stated, money is no object!

Unfortunately, Sarah Sullivan directly told her to get lost.
Sorry, not welcomed!
Although logically, as doctors, there's a duty to save lives.
Doctors shouldn't choose based on the patient's identity.
Even facing a killer, if they need a doctor, they should be rescued.

Doctors should remain neutral.
But apologies, Sarah Sullivan is somewhat willful as a doctor.
She can't completely disregard a patient's background.
