Alex went on to see his closest friend Francis, and met him relaxing his mind and belly on fruits. Alex tried to grab an apple from the plate, while trying to sit.
Francis quickly beat Alex's hand away,
"don't touch them, they aren't yours, they are mine… if you're so hungry for this, then grab some in the supermarket down stairs, if possible don't pay, besides your father is the chairman, he said.
Alexandra looked at his own hand and calmly relaxed his back on the chair, with his legs crossed, Alex began to look at Francis with a side eye trying to know what he would say.
"that's why your last girlfriend left you, isn't it? said Alex. Francis remembered his last relationship, how he went out on a date with his ex girlfriend without buying her a thing, but only cared about himself,

"yes what happened? he asked looking down. Alex called him; Francis, he answered; hmmm.

"and that same day I bought us food, but I kept asking my self.. why hers test better than mine so I joined her in eating, but still she refused me, said Francis "I don't know why but I tried my best" Francis always ready to get what he wants began to shed crocodiles tears, Alex calmly petted him.
"I hope he doesn't go any more further, said Alex, Francis sniffs.
"oh thank you, I think I'm alright now, just do as I said, don't end up like me, unless you will regret it, you will, said Francis, he began to cry again,

Quickly Sofia ran out of the room, looking for a doctor, luckily for her, she ran into a male doctor,
"please help doctor, help something is wrong with my manager, come on do something" She pulled him by his hand, this made him rush following her, but reaching the room he looked up to the written words on the door and ordered to remain outside, after a few minute the doctor came out,
"ok young lady, the doctor who was supposed to attend to him, travelled yesterday and will be back to night, also his not in a good state to welcome any body, due to his medical illness, so I would adverse you not to visit him again for now, for his own good, please excuse me I have someone earls to attend to. He said and was about to take his leave,
"wait doctor, I've a medication which would be of help, said Sofia, she handed over the herb to him.
"Are you sure, he can take this?, because, if anything happens to him you will be held responsible, said the doctor.
"sure doctor, all you've to do, is to give him the herbs three times a day, said Sofia.
"Hmmm, Maria I am in the mode, said Valentine.

"Mm fuck you woman, shirt, he said in his mind . Obgolo who have been working for Valentine for so many years, came looking for him as he approached the room, hearing Valentine screaming (Ogbolo giggled)
"Oh, his really having fun, I wander how he sleeps comfortably with his brother's wife, he said. Maria quickly stood up from the bed, grabbing the wine bottle, Valentine saw her lifting it up he held the bottle (he giggled).
"oh lands of the Tumbamba clowns, you think you can hit me with that, Valentine told her. In the process of trying to pull the bottle from him, Maria hits the table, (glass cup drops and shatter), Ogbolo who was about to leave head it and stopped, knocking on the door, (kon…kon…kon), Valentine smiled, Maria's eyes was drawn to the door,
"oh, shirt!! She got scared pulling the bottle from him, she hit's it on his head, Valentine dropped flat on the bed and passed out. Maria began to shout; hay, hay give it to me baby, (while Maria was busy screaming, she gently searched Valentine's pocket) kill me, kill me, I need it hot, go on, wild dog on me doggy, hay, hiiihaaa!! Ogbolo shaked his head and smiled ( foot steps dismissed), after some seconds, Maria gently opened the door, she looked left and right making sure no one was around, she came out locking Valentine inside, using the other side to escape, some steps away from her was a glass window. Maria walked up to the window, looking through the transparent glass, she sorrowfully glanced at the half bright moon,
"my little Sofia, finally I'll get to see your face once again, mum didn't abandon you, I hope you will forgive me my little one, I'll love to be your mother once again. She thought.
Maria was in her thinking state when she turned, with a little view of a ladder outside beside the window, her mind didn't think over it, all she stroked her head towards the other direction. Foot steps approaching, Maria's heart began to pound,
"oh no what am I going to do? I can't go back into that room, I got to hide, she rushed trying to open the doors but they couldn't, the pain of fear was so heavy for her to carry, grabbing her chest so tightly with the grace which lead her mind, flashes back to the ladder she saw, she began running back to the window she left,
"hey, hey stop right there, Valentine men sighted her, Maria turned seeing them, she continued running, getting to the window she tries to open it, but it couldn't, her fears continued again she kept trying to swing it down.
"hey don't move, one of the men stopped Ogbolo saying; wait don't block my way, let me shoot her, ( pointing a gun straight up at Maria), Ogbolo quickly held the gun facing it downward and hits the boy on the head.
"oh, no I can't die here, without seeing my daughter ash, she quickly off a leg of her shoe, using it to smash the glass, but the guide pushed Ogbolo aside, quickly Ogbolo slapped him from behind pushing him away,
"you fool if she dies, what will you say to Valentine, said Ogbolo the young guide looked at Ogbolo with a pissed off face, The glass shatters drawing the guide's attention, as Maria quickly climbed the window,
"ash!! Look at what you've done she's escaping, said the young guide. Ogbolo frustratingly went after Maria with the other four guards following him, and sent the other two to open up the door for Valentine,
"hey you stop, don't try to escape, said Ogbolo. Maria kept on claiming down the ladder, Ogbolo was able to get to her, immediately he quickly grabbed her left hand,
"let go of me, let go of me umm, she quickly bites him on the hand, Ogbolo screamed letting go of her, Maria continued climbing down, but the iron ladder wasn't strong enough to take two people, but Ogbolo went straight on it, placing his right leg the ladder nearly pulled off,
"oh my lovely ass that was close, said Ogbolo breathing heavily. Maria quickly made a jump landing into a trash bin,
"quick, stop looking, go get her you morons, she mustn't escape, Ogbolo told his men, they rushed right away while Ogbolo prepares himself for a jump in to the trash bin, making the sign of the cross, Maria quickly rushed out of the trash bin in the dark, obviously seeing that Ogbolo was going to make that jump she shifted the trash bin, running away,
"that's it, am coming for you old lady, said Ogbolo, he quickly made a jump believing he was going to land into the trash bin, not knowing that Maria had shifted the trash bin away, Ogbolo fell hard to the ground, but not high enough to cause strike a man.
Maria kept on running to the gate direction, looking back at this same time, getting to the gate, she met the security man snoring on his duty, her eyes viewed the beautiful security key hugged on his waist belt, she tried pulling the key out, pounding foot steps approaching,
"hey, hey security stop her, they shouted
"umm, umm, the man woke up grabbing Maria's hand,
"and were do you think you are going to, he said putting on a tight face. Maria quickly pushed him due to the fact he just wake from sleep, he wasn't fame enough in avoiding himself from hitting his head against the wall, he let go of her, crying out in pain, she rushed to the gate using the key she has snatched from his waist, but the men still went after her, some miles away she was able to unlock the gate, she quickly opened it going through, and she was held by the gate man, she quickly closed the gate with his fingers in between,
"ahh, the man cried out loud.
"were is Ogbolo one of them asked, you go check up on him, you, you follow me,
"Sofia where are you, her Granma asked her on the phone
"I am in a cab Granma, I'm almost there, Sofia replied.
"ok be quick we have been sitting here for along time now, said her Granma, she drops the call getting up.
"hello young man look after my bag for me, I'll like to make use of the toilet, you know we old people make use of the toilet often, Sofia's Granma told the young man smiling.
"don't worry mama, I'll save guide it for you, said the young man, she taps him on the shoulder.
"Thank you so much, don't worry she will be right here in any minute, she said with the young man smiling, she slowly turns leaving.
"no thank you Granma, and I can finally package my life, he thought looking around, he gently carried the hand bag walking out, Sofia came down from the cab as he mistakenly hit her in a hurry.
"hey you watch it, said Sofia in anger,
"sorry, he apologized, "but you too watch your step, he said running off. Sofia went into the restaurant.
"where's she now, I don't like All this, is she joking with me or what, Sofia said trying to call her Granma on the phone.
"excuse me miss, are looking for any one, a young guy asked her, Sofia slowly glanced at him from his head to his old looking father lends me shoe.
"is Granma really trying to make fun of me, why would she send this…
"Sofia, Sofia, her Granma called her, Sofia turned seeing her, she confusingly went to her.

"Oh he? just a few minutes ago, I saw him walking away, he answered. Immediately Sofia's Granma face emotions changed, she raised her eye brows in question.
"did he drop any bag with you, she asked.
"No he took it along with him, said the young man, this made the old lady drop to the ground.
"Granma, Granma, please help me, Sofia told the boy trying to lift her Granma off the floor, the young man quickly rushed to the emergency call section.
"Doctor how is she, Sofia asked the doctor who came out of a room.
"she's alright, but I gave her a sleeping dose, the doctor told her.
"Oh thank you so much, said Sofia running into the room.
Sofia got home, seeing Margret on the bed.
"Margret are you alright, Sofia asked, hearing Sofia's voice Margret quickly got up, hogging Sofia,
"oh Sofia thank God you are back, I'm so hungry, said Margret sadly embracing Sofia continuously.
"ok that enough, if you were hungry then why didn't you make something to eat, Sofia asked.
"about that, here is no food at home and dad did not send any money into my account this week, said Margret.
"should I tell her that Granma is in sick bed, no that will get her worried, Sofia thought.
"were is daddy, I haven't seen him since morning, (Sofia dropped her bag, Margret went back on bed and stated murmuring)

Sofia called her father on the phone,
"hello father where are you, she said.
"hello… So.. Sofia, he tried talking but his drunk state couldn't allow him speech flow accordingly.
"father don't get me angry, why would you be drinking by this time of the night, Sofia questioned her father.
"Sofia.. am… am so sorry, I will be back, he said Sofia quickly dropped the call,
"hello, hello Sofia, look boy I got to go home, said moonfleks , he stood up felling back to his sit, the young man who haven't drank to his fullest quickly assisted,
"sir how about we go home together, the young man asked.
Along the way moonfleks started a conversation; so young man where did you say you are from, the young man giggled.
"well sir, I'm from this city, not long ago I just came back from the U.S. to start my carrier. He replied Moonfleks.
"hmm.. so what did you sturdy, Moonfleks asked while the young man replying; I went into H.R management,
"hmm that's good, am very sure your father and mother will be very proud of you, (the guy's face prints a sorrowful smile), what's wrong boy, why the face? Moonfleks asked.
"hmm well I lost my mother when I was still studding in the U.S., he said with a sober face. Moonfleks placed his hand on the boy's shoulder; am so sorry for your lost,
"Oh Thank you, said the young man.
"so boy what's your name? Moonfleks asked.
"I am.. I am Philip, the young man replied.
" that a nice name you got, getting to Moonfleks house, Sofia came down meeting them, she said; thanks for bring my father back home.
"No.. no problem, no need to thank me, besides I had a great time with you father, by the way am Philip, he said.
"well Philip it's nice to meet you, said Sofia, (Philip smiled, waving at Sofia, but she couldn't wave back, because she was holding her drunk father)
"bye I'll be going, he said smiling, he slowly turned almost falling, Sofia took her father in.
Maria was running on the street, while Valentine got into his car with Ogbolo whose body was seriously influenced by pain, with another car caring five men, they went in search of Maria.
Maria was still running with her bear foot, in minutes Valentine's car drew closer and closer, coming out of the street, there were no buildings at the corners of the road, all she could see was bushes, but Maria kept on running, the car light reflected on her, she had no choice but to run in to the bush with Valentine sighting her,
"quickly you fools, I can't believe a little woman made it through you all. Said Valentine.
"we are sorry sir, said Ogbolo, "put those apologies into your porkect and get me what I want, said Valentine.
"yes sir, the driver bowed including Ogbolo, coming to a stop they all rushed out armed with guns and touch lights running in to the bush, Valentine came down matching along.
Sofia was asleep dreaming of her bright childhood memories with he mother, all of a sudden her mother's smile turned to a sad face, she turned walking to the door,
"mum, mum, wait for me, mummy, Maria looked back and closed the door on her, Sofia began to cry, turning she saw her mother running in to the bush, immediately she shouted; mummy, mummy, as Maria turned back, hearing her daughter's voice, (grim) she was hit by a bullet, Maria drops to the ground, Sofia tried to run to her but She was held by her uncle Valentine pulling her backwards and laughing at her at the same time, Sofia struggled and struggled with tears dropping down from her face and calling out her mother continuously, mother no, don't leave me, mother, mother…. Immediately she bites her uncle on the hand, escaping to meet her mother she fines her self in the room again. Sofia woke up scared with tears dropping from her eyes and sweating from her skin, Sofia was surprise to have seen tears drop from her eyes, she knelt down and began to pray; oh Lord I don't know what this dream means, but please safe my mother soul from perishing into hell.
Maria was chased (character breathing heavily and running though bushes), from a far distance a bullet was faired, immediately Maria dropped to the ground, as they all rushed down some meter way, getting to the area where Maria fell, they couldn't find her,
"oh shirt were did she go to, but I just shot her, said one of the guards, Valentine came meeting his men discussing.
"what are you all standing here for, where is the dam woman I sent you mourns to get for me, he asked. They all stammers, elm.. we shoo.. no.. out of fear they all went on their kneels, we are sorry sir, we loosed her.
"what!!! What do you means by you loosed her again, Valentine got angry kicking them away, fools, fools, fools, you all are mourns, useless things, and give me that touch light, he snatched the touch from one of them,
"I can't believe I've been paying morns, to do the work of a child, said Valentine pointing the touch clearly on the grass, he could see the trace of Maria's blood,
"you ignorant fools, look, don't tell me you all were blind, useless things, said Valentine leaving his men behind,
"get up, get up we have to get that thing, Ogbolo order, they all stood up driving into the bush by foot.
Maria couldn't run properly, after the bullet penetrated into her leg, limping with the legs she went further, beside the trees she stood couldn't bear the pain, Luckily for Maria, she could hear a vehicle sound which seems to coming not too far way from her,
"O God please help me to escape from this terrible man, (sounds of foot steps on grass) Maria turned seeing flashes of light she began to risk the injured leg further, running to the direction of the vehicle, Valentine kept on searching shouting out her name; Maria, Maria don't you dear run away from me, Maria, you are going to make things get worst and complicated, because I won't let you off my life,( instead of Maria stopping, his words made her more scared of him and forcefully pushing her self to that vehicle), Valentine's men were getting closer as she took another direction, after a minute they got to the vehicle before her, pointing their touch light in to the vehicle.
"hey would you stop pointing that light to my eye, the woman in the vehicle shouted,
"and what would you do, umm, one of them grabbed her cloth,
"yes woman what can you do, another of them said.
The other man who was searching the farm vegetables loaded at the back of the vehicle ran to Ogbolo,
"boss she isn't there, he said. Ogbolo reacted; shirt we fucked up,
"hey you let go off her cloth, Ogbolo commanded him, but before the man could let go off the cloth, he received a hard punch on his left cheek, felling to the ground with immediate effect he stood up to take revenge, by giving the person back the punch, he sighted a huge man returning his hand with respect and a bow,
"I am so sorry sir it was a mistake I.. I never meant to grab her by her cloth, he said, when the man spook his heavy thick voice classified him; so if you didn't mean to grab her by her cloth, what would you have done, would have grabbed her by the breast instead?..
"No, no sir I dear not, the boy said.
"now shew out of my site, tiny fool, the man said.
"thank you, thank you so much sir, the boy said (bowing his head in respect).
Maria was in a hidden bush watching them as Valentine approached.
"why haven't you found her yet? He asked. Ogbolo bowed his head in reply; sir she didn't come here at all,
"just forget about her, by tomorrow morning, no starting from today, you should watch every move Sofia takes, there will be a possibility of finding Maria, said Valentine. Ogbolo bowed; yes sir as you command, boys let move it.
"Maria no matter how far you hide I will surely find you, the worst has just started, Valentine said to himself.
After Valentine and his men left, the truck was about to start Maria quickly climbed the back, Hiding within the vegetable, the couples drove off,
"Frederick Valentine, those stupid plans of yours, will Be ruined very soon, said Maria, as she fell asleep.
