Listening to Old Zhang's introduction, Qin Mu looked up at the group that had arrived together.
No wonder they looked so familiar. The one at the very edge was the court clerk responsible for recording and counting the number of people in attendance. There were also the court registry staff and the bailiffs... about twenty people in all.
The only difference was... they weren't in their work uniforms but in casual clothes. After all, today was a joyous day for Old Zhang; coming in work uniforms wouldn't seem appropriate.
"Please, have a seat, everyone."
Old Zhang also hurried over to meet them, personally leading the group of about twenty into the banquet hall. He arranged a total of three tables for them.
Once they were all properly seated, he returned to the entrance to continue welcoming guests. A smile never left his lips. He seemed very pleased by the arrival of these "friends."
