The deities here all had defective versions... The ones they had didn't link to the Main God Artifact within the Divine Kingdom of the God of Time and Space but a secondary artifact made specifically for Toril.
That item was specially allocated for Toril; although it can observe the movements of the Toril Undead Clan, it can't do so for other worlds.
Just like in his world, it's also controlled by a secondary artifact separated from the Main God Artifact... Though Lansendel could understand that the God of Time and Space wouldn't let other deities control his crucial artifacts, he still felt a bit regretful.
But Lansendel glanced at Shaer... If Hill can use it, can Shaer use it too?
