Temari stared at the man with a long nose, not understanding how someone could have such a long nose.
"Hey, is that nose real?"
After some time, she couldn't hold that question in her mind and ended up asking, completely ruining the silence between them.
"Of course, it's real. It's my nose, damn it!"
Usopp furiously shouted as he pinched his nose. Out of everything, she just had to make fun of his nose.
"Sorry, it looks weird. But then again, some of your previous teammates looked even weirder. Do you come from the Land of Weirdness?"
Temari asked as she remembered Brook's skeletal body and Franky's insanely large body.
Because of Vegapunk's information, Franky had already started transforming himself into a proper cyborg.
So, even though they had been together for a few weeks, Franky was turning more and more into a cyborg.
Even though Temari had seen a Sand Spirit, Shukaku, and puppets that were weird, she still believed Brook's skeleton figure and Franky's body were more bizarre.
She wasn't going to admit that she was just jealous of Nami and Robin's big mountain peaks.
"Enough with your weird talk! I need to go help my captain."
Since their Captain was going to face someone a hundred times more difficult, Usopp wanted to finish Temari as quickly as possible.
He took out his slingshot and started shooting a rapid fire of metal bullets. Each of the bullets was targeting Temari at an incredible speed.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
When it struck Temari, her body turned into a piece of rock.
"What? Issss that Substitution Jutsu?"
Usopp's eyes widened in absolute shock. If Temari weren't his enemy and if his captain wasn't in a dangerous situation, he would geek out.
Temari couldn't help but feel strange at his expression.
Although she knew she wasn't in her world, she didn't understand why her opponent was so excited after seeing her Substitution Jutsu.
"You have a fast aim, but wind is even faster."
She said as she unfolded her giant fan and released several sharp blades of wind towards Usopp.
They move at such a great speed that Usopp had to rely on his superb Observation Haki to dodge them.
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
Watching the ground being torn in several parts, Usopp couldn't help but gulp heavily.
If he hadn't dodged that, even with his Armament Haki, he would've been seriously injured.
Armament Haki was an armor. Since the wind was too sharp, it could easily break through the armor.
But Usopp wasn't just going to let Temari attack. He started shooting several metal bullets towards her.
Although his precognition skill stunned Temari, she immediately raised her iron fan and blew away the ammo before they could even reach her.
Seeing this, Usopp clicked his tongue.
'This is troublesome. If I can't even reach her, I need to rely on my Magnet Fruit, but that's a trump card I have saved for later.'
'Besides that, I haven't seen her trump card. So, I need to hit her with something else.'
'Let's use those!'
He suddenly took out three different red balls and shot them towards her. Once again, Temari used her fan to knock away those balls.
But when her wind struck those balls, they exploded.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The explosion was quite big as the flames reached her. The shockwave traveled even further.
Temari had no choice but to use her Body Flicker Jutsu to run away. But as she dodged the explosion and shockwaves, she sensed a great danger coming her way.
Unfortunately, she didn't have Observation Haki. Before she could even react, she was hit by two sharp metal bullets.
She was a ninja as she managed to maneuver her body in mid-air to dodge the fatal blow, causing one of them to hit her stomach while another hit her arm.
As she got pierced by the bullets, she immediately used the blood from her wound to weave hand signs for summoning Jutsu.
[Summoning Jutsu- Quick Beheading Dance]
A white-furred weasel holding a large sickle and an eyepatch on his left eye appeared in front of her.
It suddenly moved towards Usopp at an incredible pace, almost invisible to the naked eye while slashing everywhere with its sickle.
Mainly, it was slicing Usopp, but Usopp had a powerful future sight, as he was able to dodge those slashes quite easily.
But the weasel wasn't slow. Instead, it was moving so fast that Usopp had no choice but to cover his body with the Metal bars.
He had molded these metal bars into a fine, thin layer of armor around his body.
While the weasel had a strong attack, it didn't have the sharpness to pierce through the defenses of the armor.
"Kamatari, return!"
When Temari realized that she couldn't use her weasel to slice through Usopp's armor, she opted for another strategy.
She immediately took out several of her kunai and attached many paper bombs to them before throwing them towards Usopp.
When Usopp's Observation Haki sensed great danger, he immediately abandoned the armor.
As it was quite heavy, making it harder to move around.
As the metal armor fell, he quickly jumped back as far as possible while covering his body with Armament Haki.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Thud!
Usopp got flung back by the shockwave of the explosions, but his body didn't suffer any burns.
'Thank god, I had practiced my Armament Haki; otherwise I would've been blown to pieces.'
'It's a good thing I have reached Future Sight; otherwise I would've just relied on that armor to block the explosions.'
He thought to himself as he got up from the ground and to his feet. He quickly took out a paintbrush and started drawing wounds on his face.
As the dust slowly settled, he looked at the distance where his armor wasn't damaged.
That's only because Temari stopped throwing more bombs at him.
This armor was specifically created by Franky to withstand powerful attacks, especially sword slashes.
But while making such metal, it had gained a lot of density, which made it quite hard to heat up and cool down.
If he had stayed in those metals, she would've thrown so many paper bombs that the entire metal armor would've been a cooking pot.
