City of Aetheria
This city used to be one of the major cities before the great division of the Radiant Empire. When the citizens of the Radiant Empire heard that their Emperor had basically screwed up by planting thousands upon thousands of spies all over the territory of the Dragon Monarch, there wasn't a single man in his empire who did not curse him.
Whether it was nobles, elites, or commoners, all cursed the King behind his back.
His actions were completely stupid and beyond the comprehension of the common as well as nobles of the empire. Why would their emperor mess with the Graveyard of Empires of all Empires around the six continents? There are hundreds of fish in the pond, yet their King dared to go after one target in the pond that he should not have gone after.
