Although she was anxious, going out wouldn't help.
Her brother and Master Liam had such extensive connections, yet after searching for several hours, they still had no leads. Where could she, on her own, possibly go to search!?
The two bodyguards said nothing, merely frowned slightly, almost in unison, and turned to walk out of the ward.
Fiona, with a frown on her face, lay on the bed. When the nurse left, she could see through the half-opened door that the bodyguards stood one on each side outside the door. She shook her head helplessly.
Knowing they acted under her brother's instructions, she didn't fault them.
Having not slept the whole night, she was actually quite tired, but no matter how hard she tried to force herself to sleep, she just couldn't.
