"Oh, I heard Miss Parker had a stomach illness. Is she okay?"
The man curved his lips, one hand in his pocket: "Staying up so late, just to ask me this?"
"Of course not." Tracy shook her head, placing the book on the sofa, "I just lost track of time reading..."
As she spoke, she glanced at the book and continued, "I noticed you left the book at the Hanson Family house, so I brought it back. You don't mind if I read it, right?"
Lorraine Hanson shrugged, simply asking, "Are you interested in this kind of book?"
Tracy shook her head again, honestly saying, "Not really interested, just curious."
Curious about what kind of book had drawn him in so deeply.
The man curved his lips again, didn't speak, remained silent for a moment, then gestured to her, "It's late, go back to your room early and rest."
As he said that, he turned and walked towards the kitchen, Tracy hesitated for a moment, but still got up and went upstairs.
