Last night, before going to sleep, Shen Jiayue scrolled through some short videos and saw a tutorial on making egg pancakes. She instantly craved them.
Since she wanted to eat, plans had to be made.
So, this morning, Lin Xu started kneading the dough to make them.
He also made some black rice porridge, which is good for health, and soaked some high-quality wood ear mushrooms in warm water.
"Baobao, stop cleaning, come eat quickly!"
After finishing the egg pancakes, Lin Xu shouted upstairs and started draining the soaked mushrooms.
He sliced some cilantro into a bowl, added the mushrooms, drizzled in salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, fine sugar, chili oil, and sesame oil, mixed it all well, and then served it on a plate.
When Shen Jiayue came downstairs, he had already served the black rice porridge and brought over the egg pancakes he had made.
"Wow, it smells so good!"
