This was Li Zheng's first time in the wilderness.
The environment was extremely harsh. As far as the eye could see, it was an endless expanse of Gobi Desert, with nothing but jagged, bizarre rocks.
The only sign of life on the Gobi Desert was the occasional dry yellow grass struggling to survive among the scattered stones.
Looking up, the sky was crimson, with light from stars several light-years away leaving only a red spectrum on the unknown components of the upper atmosphere.
Through the crimson sky, a few brighter stars could be vaguely seen.
"Is this the wilderness?" Mirel looked up at the sky, full of disappointment. "Is that what stars are? Why does it look so different from my mother's description?"
Li Zheng asked, "What did the queen say the starry sky looks like?"
