During this time, Li Zheng asked the leader of the Nine Heavens what his name was. The leader shook his head and replied, "Even if I tell you now, you'll forget it once we return to the Outer City. My ability has a continuous passive effect, making it impossible for my information to be recorded by any means unless I deliberately control it. So knowing my name serves no purpose."
"At least I can remember it for now," Li Zheng said curiously. "But I'm more interested in knowing where you got this ability from. Such a level of ability shouldn't exist in the Matrix."
However, he wasn't sure. Perhaps someone who once possessed this ability condensed it into some kind of legacy and placed it in the Matrix, and due to its unique nature, even the Terminal wasn't aware of it.
