This was an Area built right next to the Tokyo Area by Xiao Feng to accommodate the Cursed Children he had rescued from all over the world.
Unlike the old Tokyo Area, New Tokyo was not surrounded by towering Monoliths made of Varanium. Instead, an enormous transparent barrier covered the entire city like an inverted bowl, separating it from the outside world.
The barrier was powered by several massive energy formations buried beneath the city and it could block Gastrea, missiles, poisonous gas, etc.
Inside the city, a large number of Cursed Children wandered the street, chatting, laughing and playing happily.
A large number of maids were also wandering throughout the city, taking care of these cursed children.
These maids were Mechanical Dolls created by Xiao Feng using Titanium, Varanium, and other metals from this world. They handled most of the city's daily work, including cooking, cleaning, maintaining buildings, managing stores, teaching basic subjects, and caring for the younger children.
This huge city was also built by these Mechanical Dolls.

Beside her was Xiu Ying, whose dark hair was tied into two neat buns. Her red cheongsam was embroidered with golden cloud patterns, while white stockings covered her legs.
The third foreign girl had golden-blonde curls and bright blue eyes. Her name was May, and she came from England.
She wore a blue fairy-tale-style dress with white frills around the sleeves and hem. A large blue ribbon was tied behind her head, making her look like a small princess who had stepped out of a storybook.
The final girl had warm brown skin, large dark eyes, and long black hair braided over one shoulder.
She was Harshita from India.
She wore a cream-coloured blouse beneath a light blue jacket, along with a short pleated skirt and dark leggings. Small silver bangles decorated her wrists, producing a faint ringing sound whenever she moved her hands.
The moment Xiao Feng entered, all the lolis looked at him with shining eyes.
