Cristoff stood waiting.

Her father.
"Going somewhere?" Cristoff's smile was cruel.
Tristana's heart dropped.
"No…" she breathed.
Justin stepped in front of her instantly, shielding her.
"She's not going back with you."
Her father's expression hardened. "You've already caused enough damage, Tristana."
"I told you," she pleaded, voice breaking. "He's been hurting me—"
"Enough!" Shea roared. "You made your vows."
Justin's control snapped.
"She's your daughter!" he thundered. "Look at her!"
But Shea didn't.
Cristoff stepped forward, eyes dark with satisfaction. "Give her back. Or I'll take her."
Justin bared his teeth. "Try."
