Chapter 918 - Chapter 917: From Today On, I’ll Be a Milker

Homelander in women's clothes was already terrifying enough—but seeing him put on a fawning, flattering expression, kneeling on the ground, and about to… service someone—was simply unbearable.

Tony immediately turned his head away.

"Jesus Christ—don't show me that! Oh God, I think I'm gonna be sick!"

Erik cast a glance at the trembling Homelander beside him and, with mock kindness, asked:

"You alright? Honestly, even if these videos are being broadcast, it's not that big of a deal. Look at the bright side—you might even gain support from… certain special communities."

Natasha Romanoff quipped at light-speed:

"LGBTQ… I-A-P-K-D-X…?"

Erik blinked, completely confused.

"…What on earth are you talking about?"

Natasha shrugged.

"You said 'special minority groups,' didn't you? Honestly, you might actually be onto something.

Homelander, if you promoted yourself properly, you could totally become a darling of those communities. Of course, you'd have to make some sacrifices… maybe a little gender-bending here and there."

Already at his breaking point, Homelander completely lost it after all this constant sarcasm.

Clenching his fists, he roared at the sky:

"Damn it! You filthy aliens, you bastards! I swear, I'll rip your head off someday—I'll—"

[WARNING! Player Homelander has insulted the Quiz Game. First-level punishment activated]

A bolt of lightning came crashing down, interrupting his vulgar outburst. Homelander's body convulsed wildly as he once again endured the "electrotherapy" treatment.

When the video finally ended, he collapsed to the ground, smoke rising from his mouth.

Even though he had already experienced this punishment once before, there was no such thing as resistance—the electric shock still burned all the way down to his soul!

Tony Stark shook his head.

"Homelander, seriously—you held back for so long. Why couldn't you just hold on a little longer? You need more practice in self-control."

Erik shrugged.

"To be fair, he probably never imagined he'd have this much dirt on his future self."

Bruce Banner couldn't resist adding a jab:

"Homelander, haven't you been claiming these videos are all fake? If they're fake, why are you taking them so seriously?"

Natasha shot him a look.

"No. If the future videos are fake, then that's deliberate slander. Honestly, that's even worse than them being real—because they're broadcast across the multiverse."

Tony raised his hands in a casual shrug.

"But so far, every single future clip the Quiz Game has revealed… has never once been wrong."

As they debated, the next question appeared on the screen:

[Among the following options, whose method of relaxation is the most unusual?]

[A: Homelander

B: Stormfront

C: Queen Maeve

D: The Deep]

Tony rubbed his chin with interest and turned to the charred-looking Homelander.

"So, Homelander… any thoughts? Could the answer be you?"

But Homelander just sat there on the ground, completely checked out, saying nothing at all.

Erik shrugged.

"I still think he's the most suspicious. Look at the last few questions—they've all been about him."

Bruce Banner raised a cautionary finger.

"Or maybe that's the trap. What if the game is trying to mislead us on purpose?"

At that moment, the screen began playing introduction videos for the four candidates.

The first featured Homelander. And sure enough, everyone could already guess what his method of stress relief was—drinking milk.

The first half was just a compilation of Homelander's moments with Madelyn—and the other "Madelyn"—which everyone had already seen before.

But the second half was something entirely new.

There he was, standing inside a barn, staring blankly at a cow. Then, as if possessed, he suddenly rushed forward and began… milking it!

Tony couldn't Stop laughing.

"HAHAHA! Homelander the Milker! Oh my God—forget calling you Homelander. From now on, you should just go by Milker Man!"

Even Natasha, Erik, and Bruce couldn't hold back their laughter.

It wasn't their fault—Homelander's expression while milking, so full of relief and serenity, was simply too ridiculous.

Natasha, still laughing, commented:

"Homelander, if you ever lose your job, you should seriously consider applying at a ranch. Look at him—his milking technique is actually pretty decent!"

"Exactly! Exactly!" Tony clutched his chest as he laughed.

"Don't worry, Homelander. I own several ranches. I'll hire you myself—full benefits, high salary—you'd make a fantastic professional milker!"

Homelander's eyes were glazed over, his mind echoing with only one thought:

'I'm tired. So, so tired. Let this damned multiverse just end already.'

In the video, after milking, Homelander even tasted his "hard-earned product" with relish—drinking it like it was the finest wine.

Right then, a woman appeared—not Ashley, but another beautiful stranger—who asked curiously:

"Didn't you have breakfast?"

Homelander nearly choked, hurriedly licking his lips before stammering.

"No, no! I just thought the cow looked like it was in pain… so I wanted to help."

When the video ended, everyone outside burst into uproarious laughter.

"Hahaha! Homelander, you really did help that cow! Believe me—you're destined to be a first-rate milker!"

Tony was laughing so hard his sides hurt. He never expected Homelander's scandals to be this funny.

Erik was grinning as well.

"Your obsession with milk runs deep, Homelander. Maybe Tony's right—this might actually help you recover. After all, treatments for mental illness are always… unconventional."

Natasha nodded, still smiling.

"I agree. If this really helps you return to normal, then honestly, that's a good thing—for both you and everyone else."

Bruce Banner, however, just snorted coldly.

"He's a lunatic. People like him belong in an asylum."

Tony waved him off.

"Bruce, Bruce—you sound like the other Bruce. You know, Bruce Wayne. Over in his world, they really do what you're saying—every crazy villain gets thrown into Arkham Asylum. But you know what? It doesn't really work. The place is full of high-profile criminals. Small fry don't even qualify to get in. And guess what happens?"

"Most of the time, they just break out again. And then Batman has to play his little cat-and-mouse game with them all over again. Honestly, I think Bruce keeps sending them back to Arkham just because he's addicted to that game."
