The only thing that could still occupy Feng Yuan's attention now was the One-leaf Fox. After all, being in a prolonged state of weakness is very dangerous for a Spirit Beast, and the One-leaf Fox's weakened state has reduced its resistance to various illnesses to the lowest.
This is also why the One-leaf Fox cannot leave the room, and even Feng Yuan hardly enters that room, as he's worried that doing so might bring in substances that could trigger a disease.
As for the Little Leaf Child, it's different; those substances that might cause illness have no effect on a normal Spirit Beast. Moreover, there is specialized purification equipment when entering the room, so they're not worried about accidentally bringing disease to the One-leaf Fox.
