The cooperative combat training for Beastmasters was held in a special layer of the Data City within Maomu City. While theoretically risky, it was much better to conduct training in the Data City than to create a separate simulated combat area within the Data Domain.
Even though Maomu City has made significant advancements in Data Domain research, starting over to create an orderly area within the Data Domain would be both troublesome and challenging.
Naturally, Qi Chen and the others did not miss this opportunity. However, contrary to their expectations, the cooperative combat was not about forming teams freely according to the Beast types. Rather, to facilitate command and action, self-team formation was hardly allowed unless there was a special reason, such as team members being incredibly in sync and complete.
