"You're repulsive," I wanted the words to be laced with venom but I ended up smiling instead.
"The better word would be 'starving'," he licked his lips before he abruptly stood up to his full height. "Let's go. The sooner you are in my penthouse the better."
"And who said I would be living with you?" I smiled as I grabbed a few files and placed them in my bag. "I have an apartment for a reason Suetekh and we have to live a life of normalcy together. At least so that people don't notice that something is different. Two men living together comes rather odd doesn't it?"
He scrunched his face up as if I had just told him that I kick kittens for fun. "The only occupied apartments on our level is my own, Lobdells and your own. The other two are empty. No one would even bat an eye because there is no one there."
