For Alicia and others, this is their first mission after joining the Tribunal. Before this, they had witnessed many Tribunal actions and participated in some. To Alicia, the work of the Tribunal doesn't seem too different from the Fire Moth, just that one fights against Collapse and the other against the threat of Humans.
However, the Tribunal has an advantage over the Fire Moth in that it doesn't have those red tapes and bureaucracy. This might also relate to the focus of the Tribunal's work. It doesn't need to maintain a massive bureaucratic system like the Fire Moth and is more flexible.
Alicia also quite enjoys the atmosphere here, at least when making interstellar calls home and hearing Mebius and others complain about the difficulty of post-disaster reconstruction, she feels this way. At least she's not the one dealing with those bureaucrats, hmm, she can only apologize to Mebius for that.
