"I'll tell you when we're about to leave," Yang Qing said, standing up, preparing to leave. His eyes moved slightly from the nodding Zhang Rei to the wine gourd on the table.
"Just one more for the road," he said, moving to pour himself another cup, only this time he elected to use his own, which was a calabash in cup form.
"I hope there are no space-expansion runes in it," Zhang Rei said warily, quickly moving to grab the wine. "I'll pour. As the host, it would be poor manners if I let you do it."
"Tch. Don't you have about a thousand barrels of it already? If you poured it all out, I'm sure it would be more than enough to form a small lake, or submerge a mountain," Yang Qing remarked snidely. "How stingy can a person be?"
"Like you're so generous where food is involved," Zhang Rei shot back as he poured. He looked visibly relieved when the calabash cup quickly filled; it didn't have space-expansion runes, as evidenced by Yang Qing's vindicated, disdainful smirk.
