It has been five days since Nate introduced his method of forcing out the people of the base superhuman side. Everything has been going as normal since more superhumans with weird power were popping out, while they are those whose power is helpful in a battle they are their power wasn't that good in the fight but they still have many more tasks it could be used on.
The only downside about the method was that more injured people with missing limbs and more were being brought back, however, Lynn was always there to take their pains away.
Regardless of what is happening, they are someone that has been less stressed by all that was happening and that is Lily.
Although more people were getting injured from the training, since Lynn was always there to take them away, Lily's medical skills were not needed that much anymore. However, she wasn't just sitting and doing nothing.
One of the things she had made sure to institute in the base after more people were being saved was a school. A primary and secondary school has been built in the base and it was this place Mini spent most of her time in the base. Now that she has more free time than the others, She usually took her time to visit the school building.
This has been her normal schedule for the five prior days. Right now, she was standing in the building that was used as the school building, she was looking at the kids as they were running around the compound with excitement and happiness all over their faces.
This alone was enough to put a smile on her face as the kids that she was looking at has been through a lot and had seen things kids of their age aren't meant to see, but seeing a smile one more I'm their faces was putting a smile on her face also. She was glad because all this was done by Nate and his group.
After a lot of people has managed to awaken their power, Nate divided them into a group based on the category of their power. They are those that have the awake fighting ability and those that have awakened some excellent ability that though might not be useful in fighting but was good to assist another thing in the base like keeping things clear and so on.
"Sigh..." She sighed at the thought that she nearly kicked Nate and his group out of the base who has turned out to be helping them in a big way. One was that they had not heard or seen anyone die in the base for the past five days, no sick patient could be found and even more superhuman were now surrounding their base and was ready to defend it from any form of attack.
"I just imagine what our fate could have been if they didn't return to help us," Johnson's voice interrupted Lily as he walked close to her.
"What have you been thinking that made you stay this long in this place?" Johnson asked. Was school time period already over since some parents has come to take their kids home and it was getting dark, yet Lily was still in the school building.
"I'm just wondering, just how much change will the world undergo for this whole thing to be over? Look, superhuman's that we at first strongly believed do not exist are now roaming around the base, domestic animals are now wild, while the initial wild animals are now beasts, just when will it all be over?" Lily said as if she was tired of the whole thing happening so far.
"Too bad I won't be telling you what you want to hear," Johnson begin to talk.
"Starting from when all this started, We managed to encounter the alien spear which was quite useful then because it help us to survive till today, however, one thing I noticed as time goes is that the beasts and zombies out there were getting stronger as time goes by,"
"Even with the alien spear, V it was very hard to kill a beast. The main reason and the message I'm trying to send is that things are not getting better, the beast is getting stronger and it will continue to get stronger till one God knows when, anyway, but the only way for us to survive this is to also get strong, not just strong, stronger than the beasts," Johnson said.
"So this world won't go back to normal, and those children will keep on seeing horrific things?" Lily looked at Johnson for answers.
Johnson closed his eyes in silence, he took a deep puff before opening them. "I can only see things getting worse and not better," muttered in a low tone.
Just after he said that an alarm was hard ringing around the base.
"Beast wave?!" Both Johnson and Lily shouted at the same time as a look of panic appeared on their face.
Just then, someone came running from behind. "It's not necessarily, it's not a serious wave, Nate was the one that invited them to our base, as for what, when I asked, they said it was part of the raining," Albert explained to Johnson and Lily and the two calm down a little, but it did not stop them not to go and see what was happening.

About two to, three hundred men were lined up in the base means gat, they were arranged in rows and columns as they took a fighting position.
V and his group of friends were also in the line, meanwhile, beside them, they could see some men and women holding a bladed weapons as they took a fight stance also.
"They never told us that such materials do exist, if not I won't have gone through the hellish experience on Lyon's hand," Tony lamented on seeing those with weapons.
Although many superhumans have emerged in the base, not all were lucky enough to turn into superhumans, regardless, not that hope has been lost in their sight, it's just that their power was a little bit delayed.
However, even though they were not superhuman, Nate still insists that they participate in the beast wave heading towards them and they were all handed a weapon from the bunch of weapons Jim his craft.
"It is you who didn't listen when they were explained about the supernatural realm," Ron mocked Tony.
Nate didn't just start evolving those in the base, he first made sure they understand what they are about to become and things related to it and when doing this he mentioned the beast weapons and meteorite stone.
"Who cares, they are not as strong as upright, since their power is a borrowed one while ours belongs to us," Shad said not believing that those with weapons could do better than them.
Whether the weapon wielders are stronger than the ability owners, they will soon find out since the wave was already visible to them and they all strike at the same time.

Meanwhile, Nate was inside the mothership bus that was not packed in his territory, however, he was seeing all that was happening through the horde eye skill. He is using it on the undead birds he got after killing the bat from the previous beast waves.
'I hope this will be enough for you guys to jump to the next level,' Nate thought to himself. The beast wave is something he invited himself.
After killing the centipede beast, Nate has discovered the alternative effect of the beast's spite. It attracts another beast to it and he told Lyon to do the same and that's why beast wave was currently heading towards them.
Of course, he and his horde have eliminated the strongest ones among them that might kill the others with one strike therefore, the beasts that are heading towards them were weak.
As Nate was looking through the eye of his horde, one of the birds he sent out to carry out a task sported something a reported back.
"They are already here, I need to wrap things up," Nate muttered to himself before looking through the eyes of the bird, however, the sight before him was stunning.
"This can be, so this the matrix full power," Nate panicked and started sending messages to his horde members in an asap mode.
