The way back to the Winterland Empire was nothing but pressure. Draco even felt it. Aleksander hasn't spoken a word but has been silent the entire time. The air around him changed and none of the knights could even make eye contact, lifting their heads to face him was the next level of pressure. Jem, the youngest couldn't breathe when he stood beside him. He felt nauseous.
'What was written in the letter?' That was all Draco had been thinking. Aleksander had switched completely after he read the letter. This was the first time Draco had witnessed Aleksander speak with authority without words and the very first time he saw him cry.
Aleksander had held the letter close to his chest while his head rested on top of the crystal. He was in agony and pain. There was nothing Draco could do. Comforting would be the worst approach. Draco instead put a spell in the carriage where Aleksander could cry his heart out without anyone noticing.
