*Knock* knock*
Their short moment was interrupted by the knock on the door that it was time for Lucien to head out. The ceremony was closed and Lucien needed to be there on time.
"I guess it's about time I say my farewell," Aleksander had stood up. "However, it would be sad if I were to come empty-handed." He smiled, showing his pearly teeth. He put his hand behind and pulled back. "I have something for you."
It was a bouquet. A bouquet- he carefully thought and decided what would be the best gift for her. A bouquet that resembles and reminds of Lucien. "A bouquet would be enough to complete you for today."
Lucien was in dazed. Her eyes glittered the same way the bouquet of roses was. A rose's rippling between jet black and blue hues. There were little jewels like dewdrops in and around the petals. A rose that bears jewels was only raised and found in the Winterland Empire. It somehow reminded of the canvas sky with millions of stars.
