Instead of looking for a place to stay, Allen walked around aimlessly. He knew he said too much, but he also felt that it wasn't right to continue hating the innocent offspring who were born from their parents' sin.
When he was young, about Neon's age, Allen came across several photo albums in their attic where most things get stored when they weren't needed. In the album, he saw family pictures and with just a single glance, he could tell that it was his mother's family. He recognized his aunties and grandparents from the photos, but he couldn't tell who the little guy among them was.
His mother never said anything about her brother or if she ever had one.
Taking the albums with him, he looked for his mother everywhere and found her chatting with some of her friends at the pool. She rarely invited her friends to her home because of her work, but looking at her enjoying their company, Allen thought she deserved to chill and relax like this with her friends.
