Splashes!
A loud splash sounded as Tang Jie emerged from the water, holding a leaf in his hand. The leaf bore several cuts, yet none fully severed it, leaving it barely connected.
"No, Jiang Chen, something's off. Why is it harder not to cut through?"
Tang Jie gazed at Jiang Chen, utterly puzzled.
Jiang Chen was lying on the river, supported by a raft formed from droplets of water. Calling it a raft was an understatement; it was more like a large net made of water droplets, eighteen in total, that shaped into a human form to keep Jiang Chen's body afloat on the water.
Elsewhere on the river, Si Huang'er and others were treading back and forth, each holding a leaf, all marked with barely connecting cuts!
"Tang Jie, is it easier to chop someone in half with one strike or to leave them with a layer of skin still connecting them?"
Jiang Chen opened his eyes, casting a casual glance at Tang Jie.
