All the police officers felt as though they were standing before a terrifying beast. Their bodies froze, and their muscles went numb.
'W-What are we even dealing with?!'
They all had the same thought running through their minds as they swallowed nervously.
"So? What is this all about? Care to tell me why you're here to arrest me?" Yuan asked calmly, looking completely relaxed.
As soon as Yuan asked the question, everything returned to normal. The suffocating pressure vanished as though it had all been an illusion created by their minds.
'W-What just happened?! Was it all just a hallucination?!'
Officer Jenny and the others were utterly puzzled by the phenomenon. Just a moment ago, they had felt as though they were on the verge of death, yet the next second, everything was back to normal.
Once they snapped out of their daze, Officer Jenny said, "Yuan, surrender peacefully. We have received direct orders from above to arrest you and put you behind bars."
