Wumu Lianmin bent his fingers to calculate, grasping Xumu's fate for his calculations; before his eyes, a mist clouded over, and soon, the image of a vast lake surfaced, its blue waters rippling gently, forming the outline of a crescent moon.
Peaks stood tall one after another; within the lake, some islets were sealed by thunderbolt prohibitions, others lush with fragrant grasses, their scenery bright as moonlit skies. He scrutinized closely, thinking to himself:
"This must be Wangyue Marsh among the ancient Seven Lakes and Four Zees... Now it has become Wangyue Lake... The Mansion Water governing lakes and marshes among the Five Water Virtues has faded, thus all has withered to such a state..."
He spun the calculation further, and suddenly beheld a youth dressed in white; this youth had sword-like brows and starry eyes, with frost and snow upon his form, an austere green-white sword light gripped tightly in hand. From his ear, he caught the sound of an address:
"Li Xijun!"
