Thankfully, Ronan Kendrick's boating skills were becoming more and more refined. He sent the assault boat soaring ten meters through the air before it slammed back down. Evelyn bounced twice, feeling like her tailbone had shattered.
The orcas were still in relentless pursuit. Seeing Ronan's complete lack of interest in fighting back, Evelyn could guess their numbers were overwhelming.
Evelyn sighed for the nth time. 'If only I could put living things in my space.'
Orcas were fast. During a chase, they could reach speeds of forty-eight kilometers per hour.
Watching the three orcas leaping through the air behind them, Evelyn mourned her impending doom.
