Ronan Kendrick was silent for a moment. "Should I wear a wig?"
The wigs were something Evelyn Ford had collected while scavenging for supplies. They came in all sorts of colors, lengths, and styles.
"Yes, and you can wear stockings, too."
"No way." When it came to stockings, Ronan Kendrick absolutely refused. Evelyn Ford giggled, leaned in, and gave him a kiss.
"So, will you wear them or not?"
"Fine. But just this once."
And just like that, she had a new batch of photos of the "Kendrick Beauty."
Meanwhile, the fishing boat had entered deep waters. The people on board had already caught a good number of king crabs and tuna, but they had no intention of turning back. Instead, they planned to press onward.
