AFO was making his move. Tartarus was just the beginning. With AFO's newfound freedom, he began to make waves. The first thing he did was to recruit Gigantomachia. Gigantomachia, having not been contacted by Shigaraki, was still hidden deep within the mountains. Upon hearing that AFO was free recruiting, he left his hidden abode and went in search of his master.
The second was to start harvesting particular quirks he had been eyeing but withholding from taking. The main reason was that his body needed to stabilize the ones he already had. With the very real probability of an overload of quirks, he could have become deformed and died a very gruesome death.
The third reason was that he was in the middle of rearranging his plans. With Shigaraki and the Doctor out of the game, he was flying blind. As well as being woefully outnumbered and outgunned.
All the while he did all this, Six wasn't caring about AFO.
He was currently sipping on a Sunset Sasparilla and reclining back in an easy chair.
Waiting.
Watching.
All the while, he was planning the war he would be raging.
But not the one in Japan. The one he'll rage would be on a world stage. One that would wipe the board and flip the table.
Something that the Mojave had seen. Something that this world has only heard about through its history. Something that only the people close to him would be ready for.

.
AFO growled when he finished absorbing the person's quirk he was robbing. He's been making do with the quirks he had and the ones he's been stealing, but the ones that he was eyeing were nowhere to be found. It was as if someone had moved or eliminated them. And duping him, of all people, was a task not many could do.
As AFO stole the quirk, a muscle density quirk, the person's will to live faded from his eyes before he became brain-dead. AFO didn't care and threw him into a wall, where he became a red smear against it. All the while, AFO was seething in quiet rage.
Not only was his target gone, but the person's quirk that he had just taken was a far inferior one than the one he wanted.
.
'I will find out who has crossed me,' He thought as he turned to leave, "And I'll tear them apart from the inside.'
"Master," Vulpes spoke, wearing his trademark armor, yet it was far more advanced than it looked. "I managed to gather some interesting information."
"Speak," AFO ordered.
"The person you were looking for was taken several days ago," Vulpes answered. "According to those I interrogated, it was several men in black suits. Most likely, it was the work of the Courier."
"Damn him," AFO growled, "Then we move on to the next target. I must gather these quirks before the war can truly begin."
"As you wish, master," Vulpes spoke before waving his arm in a circle.
.
Normally, this would be ridiculous, but to Vulpes, it was the only way for him to activate the quirk that was given to him. One of the very few teleportation quirks ever recorded required this motion to work. One AFO had taken this one during the Quirk war. Once the two stepped through the portal, the portal vanished. Unknown to them, a tiny scorpion watched the whole thing.

Six sighed as he watched the latest report from the robo-scorpions he had left at several places that AFO would have struck. Though there were many, the ones that reported the most often were those following specific quirk holders and their last locations. The latest one showed AFO arriving and taking a quirk before leaving. The only thing that bothered Six was that Vulpes was alive and now had a quirk.
.
"Good thing I didn't take their word seriously," Six muttered as he looked up from the tablet in his hand. "But still, for Vulpes to call AFO master, must have a mind control type quirk at work. Add to the fact that Vulpes now has a tricky quirk, and it seems like this little scuffle might be worth something after all."
.
Six then stood up and walked out of the teacher's office and headed to see Nezu. Knowing that Nezu would like to see this, he also made a mental note to ask Disaster to see if it was possible to give someone a quirk without disastrous consequences. Especially with those from the Mojave, given that the source of the Fusion cores' power was common there.
But one thing was eluding Six, even though he met it several times.
What exactly was Nezu?
