Lance was venting to Grendel. Trapped in the bay for days, he could only talk to Wang Cai; if someone with a slightly weaker mental resilience were here, they'd definitely get fish depression.
"Such big crabs, haven't you tried them?" Grendel, used to Lance's rants, laughed and played along.
