"Master, master, wake up." I felt someone's hand shaking my sides and that jolted me awake.
The dream that I had… was so clear.
"Nngh…" I looked around and saw Celestia's face. Her golden eyes watch me closely as she fixes my hair.
She hovered beside my bed. "It's morning already master, that girl you call Nuo Lin might come looking for you."
I rubbed my eyes trying to keep myself awake. "Celestia, how long have I been out?"
"You have slept for only four hours, master. It's currently five in the morning."
"I had a weird dream."
"Master?" Something suddenly felt off.
Almost instinctively, I grabbed my phone from the bedside table.
The screen lit up.
A notification appeared.
[Item Box] upgrade complete.
The room fell silent.
"..."
"Master?"
My eyes remained glued to the screen.
Slowly.
Very slowly.
I looked at the phone.
Then the notification.
Then back to the phone.
A cold shiver ran down my spine.
"It wasn't a dream."
