With my stats at the peak of human capability, I carefully design a suitable training regime. Driven by the need to test three more bodily functions: recovery methods, titan abilities and my hidden genes ability.
Starting with recovery, I need to test just how much rest my body requires and the effects of using different recovery mothods.
Aware of my insanely high endurance, I opt for an intense three-hour workout followed by a brief thirty-minute rest (meditation or nap which is basically me meditating just without levitating) to assess my recovery capability.
I plan to adjust the duration of both exercise and rest until I find the optimal balance. Of course, I must also test if energy is the only nutrient I can use to recover from vigorous activity.
After sketching out a basic outline, I delve into training my body under the influence of gravity.
Gradually increasing it to a whopping 5g, or five times Earth's gravity. I feel the weight gradually increase as my body weight went from 300 kg to a staggering 2100 kg. The pressure feels suffocating, as if every inch of my being is getting crushed. I could barely even move.
An whole hour later of kissing floor my body barely adjusted and I started.
To begin, I do some tough yoga moves, bending my body in weird ways. I try to do it without falling over. The heavy gravity makes it harder.
Next, I do some basic exercises like push-ups and pull-ups. I don't stop until I'm bored. Then, I climb some rocks, trying not to slip. It's hard with the heavy gravity.
I try to dance, but it feels awkward. I just move my body around, not really feeling anything. Then I do some karate moves and pretend to be animals. It's all just going through the motions.
I finish with a basic run, going as fast as I can. The heavy gravity makes it harder to move my legs. After a couple minutes, I'm not exhausted. I don't really feel anything, just annoyed. I sit down to not really think about anything.
At least from my omni view point, that 's how my foolish but necessary warm-up looks like. With the fooling around over and some comfort established in the new gravity.
I begin contorting my body in positions a body normally can't. With extreme control and flexibility I would hold difficult and straining positions with zero support.
Moving as slowly as possible, I ingrained every movement into my mind and transitioned into animal flow. Running on all fours, rolling like a armadillo, pouncing like a leopard and becoming completely primal. Fully utilizing my body as I touch upon every joint and muscle as I then transition into a handstand.
Pushing myself up I began calisthenics. First the basics (regular push-ups, dips, pull-ups, squats, lunges etc.).
Then advanced bodyweight exercises like human flag push ups, handstand pushups, no leg push ups, muscle ups, 1 leg squats, 1 leg pistol squats, 1 leg dragon squats and more.
After calisthenics, I transition into broken movements, as I turn the music louder and start to dance. Focusing completely on the rhythm and the basics.
I let myself go as I would transition from breakdancing into hip hop, to tap dancing, to ballet then contemporary right back into breakdancing.
The order wasn't strict as I would move with whichever dance I felt could beautifully match the random rhythm that came on.
After I finished dancing, I walked over to the infinite landscape machine to begin one of my favorite training activities. Sprinting. Not the most fun but was definitely my favorite.
Upon completing some short stretches I get into starting position, and close my eyes.
I inhale, without stopping I continue to inhale. Then "Bang." A short but loud sound went off. As if it were a game and the delay function was turned off I was immediately gone from my initial position.
