This girl is too thrifty, unwilling to spend on food or clothes. He bought her clothes once, but forgot to remove the tags. She saw the price and wouldn't accept them no matter what, saying he shouldn't buy such things again, and she definitely wouldn't take them.
At that time, Yaen Chi regretted it quite a bit, wondering why he didn't ask the staff to remove the tags when he bought them. As a rich heir, he didn't have a concept of poverty. His clothes were either luxury brands or custom-made. A coat costing tens of thousands bought from a mall seemed cheap to him, thinking surely the girl would have no burden accepting something so inexpensive.
But he forgot what tens of thousands meant to Ye Wanting. She only barely reached that amount with her scholarship and usually saved part-time earnings for half a year to get there.
