Through the hazy mist, Moli's cautious little voice drifted over from afar, making both Fisher and Rafael, who was pressed up against him, stiffen slightly as they looked in that direction—yet at the exact same moment, neither of them dared to say a word.

After spacing out for a second or two, Fisher was the first to react. He had just opened his mouth when Rafael in front of him clamped down hard on his lips, snuffing out every word in his throat.
Fisher hurriedly turned his head toward her, only to see her anxiously raise a finger to her own lips, signaling him with her eyes to keep quiet.
"Don't talk."

Fisher looked at her innocently, his body temporarily frozen in place, simply staying like that and quietly listening together with Rafael to the faint sounds at the entrance and the noise coming from Moli.
"Huh, did he already finish bathing? That was so fast..."
