Hmm, actually in the strictest sense, the Golden Princess Ship is considered Dorothy's second work at the shipbuilding workshop. This workshop itself is the true Zero Warship.
From the outset, Dorothy had conceived the workshops not to be immobile properties fixed in one place. After all, she would soon be venturing to the Mechanical Wilderness, and there was a high chance she wouldn't return for a while. It wouldn't do to let such a carefully constructed, spectacular workshop just gather dust in the Shining Territory, would it?
Therefore, her workshop should be mobile.
If you were to make such a demand of architects from other schools, the architect might already be so infuriated they'd start sending guests away with a broom. But fortunately, Dorothy followed the Noelle Rose school, and Spider Teacher taught her the craft of building giant war puppets, so constructing a mobile workshop wasn't difficult for her.
