(Kron-POV)
Now this was a scene, Dabura with his sister, standing behind them was Mira who kept eyeing either Beerus, the other god of destruction as well as myself, our gazes met once or twice. Which was how I'd met the gaze of this Towa a couple of times, not a meek look either, more an haughty but curious look of which I cared not to be caught by Pyrrha, Zangya or Bulma who'd decided to come on this little venture. Along with Bulma stood my son Trunks, standing with his twin half brothers Anthony and Achilles, along with their half sister Ursula of the only kids of mine who wanted to come watch. Then there was Gohan, Vidal who held their daughter Pan nearby to Piccolo and Tien.
Bulma's parents were with us, along with Hercule and Majin Buu, both of them were with Gohan, having arrived by themselves via Hercules own transport. He was hanging around his granddaughter Pan though cooing at her like the good grandfather he was, a good heart all in all even if I found him sometimes to be a loudmouth.
Majin Buu kept nearby to them, eating of all things while paying no mind to anyone else besides Goku, Hercule, Gohan, Vidal, Chichi, Goten and Gine. Bardock kept way back from him, tending to stand nearby where Nappa stood, both of them eyeing the gods in particular.
Also it seemed that Merus decided to come, he was being escorted by some little twirp I met a few times, through Bulma when I would come home for the night. Jaco or something, that guy was friends with Bulma's sister, the one I'd not seem that much since marrying Bulma. The other Galactic patrol member looked like a green bean, smaller then Jaco though looked quite formidable in his stride, almost pumped up to be accompanying Merus. I now noticed the fourth member standing in the middle of them all, I now noticed that they stood in a way as to have this one covered should something happen. Some kind of, wasn't this the king or something, of the Galactic patrol?
'I never spoke to him, though I think I've heard Bulma speak of him.' Merus and my eyes met and I sent him a slow nod, he returning it with an intuitive kind of glance before turning to speak with the unknown galactic patrol member while Jaco headed over to where I was, or more precisely, where Bulma stood.
There is Tien, with Yang coming along though with none of their kids, wherever they left them, they did have options I supposed. Either Yang and Ruby's father and mother Summer, I'd remembered the wish that was made to resurrect her years ago which made a broken family whole, Tai having one of his wives at least, again while Raven moved on.
Speaking of Raven, she brought the entire brood of the king of the Saiyan's, heh… Vegeta practically held a smirk, his arms resting in their usual posture, folded as he usually had them, stood poised to strike anyone who'd dare interrupt whatever thoughts ran around that pointed head of his. His and my eyes locked in a moment, his smirk doubling down and I could feel his excitement even while we awaited the currently two arguing-among themselves gods of destruction… cats who looked to be arguing over… whatever- I did hear the word prize mentioned a few times, they could be talking of what the prize the winning side could be getting in this.
I eyed Cumber, he arrived with Raditz, both looked fatigued and at least Raditz battle armor had a scorch or five decorating it, both of them standing close enough without being that close to one another, Launch standing in between them though closer to her… uh, I wasn't sure what she and Raditz were, she arrived with Goku, Chichi, Vidal, Pan and Gohan or a clone of him… as I did see Gohan here arrive before.
Androids Sixteen to Eighteen… Seventeen sporting a new, unique appearance, more bulkier form in looks, looked to be brooding nearby to Krillin and Eighteen, Sixteen standing behind them. Also that newcomer Nouva Shenron I met stood along with that other Shadow dragon, hearing that I missed their attack and all annoyed me a little, though I was glad that I wasn't needed, that those here were capable of handling it without me. Nail was also present, our eyes did meet and he sent me a nod for which I returned.
Good to see him, I better find some time to catch up with him soon. Perhaps a clone.
"Come on Kron, everyone looks to be gathering around those four now. Let's get a better view." Bulma, hair done up in a ponytail, Trunks, Achilles, Anthony and Ursula all looking to us and following along, lost in their own conversations. Except for the quiet Ursula, Trunks called out to me, my son seemingly excited by the whole tournament.
"Dad, are we going off to this place now? What are those glasshouse buildings those guys summoned? What do you think are they arguing about now, I don't want to stand around all day. Can't we go now?"
"Yeah dad, what are- did you see that there Supreme Kai guy has also just appeared now, with the red-like giant that follows him around. See." Anthony pointed, Lord Beerus, Lord Whis, that trollop who interrupted my bath and her god lord… Champa was it. Anyway, Shin and Kibito did arrive now, they stood among the gods and their attendants, now turned to face us all, one of the glass boxes was vanished by the girl attendant, everyone slowly moved onto the one with the gods there.
"I think we are son, those glass boxes are a transport of a special kind according to what I recall. As for what they are arguing of? Don't know, ask Piccolo soon after they take us to where we are going to."
"Looks like we are ready to head off now, Pyrrha, go and ask Piccolo what they were speaking of." Pyrrha looked to have acknowledged me, her eyes met mine and she turned around and moved through the small crowd that now filled the glass transport cube of theirs.
"Alright now, keep yourselves on this here transport and if you can help it, keep the volume to a quiet whisper among yourselves. We shall arrive in a few minutes time, so no need to get comfortable." Beerus said, eyeing them all, also looking around in particular to those chosen for this tournament, as I noticed and then was on the receiving end of a narrowed glare. Tien then stood forwards, speaking loudly.
"I'm the one chosen for the fifth slot to fulfill. Uh, if it pleases Lord Beerus." his words trailed off, uncertain and Beerus nodded mutely, Lord Whis tapping his staff on the floor. We were blasted upwards dramatically with a speed that could outpace even me, now trailing along through space, Earth vanishing behind us first getting smaller, than eventually a speck of dust.
"Is Winter alright with taking on the other kids, Weiss is also going to Sadala as well. Leaving Blake and Kali back home, with my parents." Bulma whispered, Pyrrha then adding nearby me after returning from speaking with Piccolo.
"Well, this isn't supposed to be a life or death thing if it is indeed a tournament. You just make sure you win. The prize is our planet, plus the use of the Super Dragon balls… a kind of set I'd never heard of before. Neither has Piccolo from what he said about it."
"Boys… Ursula. I'm uncertain when I'll be fighting in this, give your father a big hug now, we've minutes before we arrive." I said simply, taking a knee to better reach the three boys height, sweeping them with all a hug at the same time.
"You'll win dad. And Goten and Tarble's dads are really strong too. Piccolo and Tien? Uh, they are also tough guys." Trunks said, a little uncertain at the end, though I refrained from chuckling as I was about to do, encase Piccolo heard it. I instead ruffled the two black haired twin lads of mine; Anthony and Achilles and the lavender color of Trunks. Then stood to my full height and looked to my daughter. Of course, a moment after she barreled into me almost full force, a lot of force from a half Saiyan warrior that she is, managing to make me step back one step as I hugged her as well.
"Smile, your dads going to kick some alien behind. I'll be fighting seriously now, and I also expect some kind of ruling to be in place to stop fights to the death."
"...Yeah, dad. Kick their asses. Whoever it is that you are fighting, that is. We don't know the opponents yet, huh." Trunks pointed to where Whis, Beerus and the other two stood at the front, I ruffled his hair once and replied.
"I'll find out then, wait here you three. Where did your sister go off to…" I spotted her nearby though she was gazing out into space with Bulma, at the back of the glass transporting cubicle.
Heading for the gods of destruction, I nodded at Vegeta when our eyes met and he came forwards too, following along. Soon, Goku, Tien and Piccolo also noticed our stride, moving through the large group within the centre of the glass cube and caught up to us. Beerus and Whis turned, as the other two turned to face us.
"Eager are we? Lets get you in on with the basics then, seeing that only you, my five fighters are here but know nothing I and Champa will tell you now. First things first, the prize… Besides Earth, my brother here has been sneaking into my territory and without permission I might add." Beerus glared at Champa, who returned the look, then speaking up with heat in his tone.
"I might have told you had you been awake! You sleep longer than I do-"
"-Be that as it may, the prize besides having Earth are the six super dragon balls of seven. The other one? Uh, I guess the loser out of us will have to find the seventh and gift it to the winners as well, a really important part is that it would mean either I or Champa here having to do the searching… A further insult to the loser, which I know is going to be Champa here." Champa growled, though it was the woman who replied, looking at them all. Then Whis spoke, glancing at Beerus.
"There might be another way, seemingly a much easier method, to track down this last super dragon ball. You two took centuries to find the six you have, so I'll have to consult with the Supreme Kai of our universe, while you should do the same with the supreme Kai of your universe." his sister nodded, a thoughtful look on her face, she replied.
"Will need a little time to speak with Lord Champa's champions but soon enough we shall arrive in the chosen spot my lord has found, a neutral planet where the six super dragon balls have been gathered to. The arena, I've already prepared." Whis then turned, facing Beerus.
"Perhaps we should sweeten the deal, With the black star dragon balls in our possession. Though they come with a big risk when used on a planet… they should be used while in deep space instead to go around their negative ability ingrained in them." Beerus paused, thinking as his eyes widened a smidgen. Nodding, he replied.
"...Yes, we could do that then. They will work as an additional prize. Champa, have you anything to say to my team of fighters. These five here, supported by their allies and friends… They will decimate whatever group you've managed to form and I'll be content in knowing I have a nice planet, with the most delicious food providing me with many benefits whenever I visit." smirking, Beerus turned to us and then waved us off, adding.
"Will arrive in a moment if I know these transport vessels, make sure you're all ready to win this thing for me, then will eat." Beerus looked to his brother, chuckling humorlessly, more mockingly than humor as us five moved away from them, Tien last to catch up in our strides as we moved to gaze outside of the transport vessel cube.
"Hah! l-look are those- are they dragon balls! They are the size of the moon there!! Shit… They must contain greater power than all the rest. Earth… Namekian and those black star dragon balls, they can't compare." Tien stuttered in place, pointing all three of his eyes widened, for there indeed was six large orbs… plus one planet, perhaps a moon but larger.
"There's that, though I can't wait to see who were fighting. I'm going to enjoy this, fighting in a tournament once more, and not just mindless violence from those trying to bring about death and destruction. It is a good change of pace." Goku smirked, half-containing his joy for the battles to come.
"Right, and what are we to wish for if we-" Beerus and Whis approached us, Beerus smirking where as Whis just followed along his lord, Champa and that woman stayed where they were, now watching the front of the transport cube.
"-It'll be my wish I make, and as of now I'm still thinking on it. As for the black star dragon balls, you may use them if you so please, I never wanted them in the first place. Win this and I won't blow up your home planet or threaten to, that is until the day comes when I become disappointed with the cuisine there."
"My lord has discussed with me what sort of wish you would all want in private. Simply put though, I wasn't sure any of you even wanted anything besides reviving back allies of yours, though none of them are in the other world currently."
"In saying that sir, no, I don't really need any wish, nor do I think the other guys do either. Keep the black star dragon balls as a reward if you want but as to us even using them? Not really likely. And those super dragon balls? They must come with a heavy price as well." Tien interjected, speaking for all of us it seemed and I couldn't dispute the guy, I didn't need a wish as of now and from the look at the others, they didn't either.
"Instead, how about you keep on training these guys, and me as well. I wouldn't mind learning under the guy who training Lord Beerus here." Tien turned to Whis and said, a smile on his face, his hand held wide. Before Whis could say anything, Vegeta did scoff softly but Beerus was the one who spoke then.
"Fine, prove your mettle and I'll consider it. Also, in saying that… You're going to be fighting first. I will make sure of it, the other four here have all my confidence… you? You are their chosen fifth fighter and not one I would have chose, so I'll enjoy seeing your convictions in the arena Champa and Vados has set up. Look, we've arrived on this rock. What a place to set up a tournament." Whis then nodded, replying as the two of them prepared to leave, moving closer to the glass.
"Yes, this space of spaces is in neutral territory between the Seventh and Sixth universes, an excellent place where neither side has authority over the other…" their voices softened the further they got, Vegeta turning to us and then to Tien.
"You are first three eyes, make sure it counts or you'll make us look foolish in comparison."
"I don't plan to go easy Vegeta, and besides I think we've got a good team for this. Alright, what is said about the wishes… couldn't we use a wish, to help Pikkon head back to-"
"-He was dead and now he isn't, he's not concerned with it himself. Just defeating some of those who escaped from Hell. Pikkon was planning to head out with the galactic patrol, after we decided which of us were going to assist him in going after some of the scum that escaped. For now, he's remained on Earth and awaits our finishing this tournament." Piccolo turned to me, then adding.
"Your wives Bulma and Winter were commissioned weren't they? To create not only a new ship for this job, but to also create a stronger Galactic Patrol headquarters, Merus said something along them lines last I seen him. Says the Galactic King commissioned the new headquarters, while Pikkon asked for a ship." they were doing that huh? I wasn't much aware of their future business plans besides the reconstruction of West City and the surrounding landscape and the towns within the cities border being commissioned by them, nothing much else as of now for I was busy training myself to make sense of the outside world for the time between then and now, readying myself for this tournament.
"If they are doing so, it isn't known by me. I've been busy. Let's go, the glass walls… we can now walk out of them, what a strange feeling that is." I nodded, now noticing some of the others leaving the ship and following the four- two gods of destruction and their two attendants.
(Raditz-POV)
Raditz and the others kept up with the four, two gods and the two attendants at an appropriate distance behind Vegeta, Kron, Kakarot, Piccolo and Tien, them keeping up a little closer to Lord Beerus and Lord Whis as they were called. Respect, Raditz was excited to see what sort of opponents his little brother, his uh… friend Kron and the new king were to be a apart of, once again he felt regret that he didn't attempt in beating up Tien, taking his spot for his own.
'Eh, fuck it. I'll enjoy the cuisine that should be offered to the guests, enjoy the battles and watch for their weaknesses. Then I can use those weaknesses against them should we fight back on earth.' thinking of fighting these five, or any number of the others always got his blood pumping.
'I'm a Saiyan after all.'
'Look at them Kron, those dragon balls are the size of planets, kind of off putting." Raditz heard Bulma say to Kron, she finished speaking with the small Galactic patrol member and the squid with the crown before moving for where Kron stood, the mutant Saiyan nodded, speaking quietly though Raditz heard.
"I see them, they are probably capable of more powerful wishes." the Galactic patrol members and the squid approached Bulma and Kron, then speaking about the super dragon balls further, but Raditz missed the rest of what they were speaking of for Nappa approached him, for the moment standing nearby and grinning, looking at Dabura then.
"Heh, what a shit hole. So this is going to be the arena. What do you think Dabura, does the not remind you of your home." Dabura snorted, not raising to the bait of the bald general, his third eye for once was closed shut, his usual outfit for once had no damage or creases, he was dressed to impress.
"Quiet bastards. Ah, Raditz you punk, your friend talked my ears off. I had to move away from him, before his words could bore me to death. Too bad you didn't get a spot in this fight and instead, the Namekian and the bald three eyes got in instead." Nappa continued to pester Raditz while he kept quiet for now, eyeing Dabura's companions. Mira, spiked up head of hair and still in a bulked up transformation looked around tensely nearby to Dabura, while the Towa that was on their side… stood not far from them two, eyeing the five teammates.
'Or one of them in particular, the homewrecker.' Raditz eyed Launch, walking next to him, her golden blonde hair telling him what mood she was in, indicated by her weird, bipolar-like mood.
'Huh, there is the Supreme Kai, his escort… and an old man.' Raditz spotted them floating down towards them.
