Rias, Mio, and Runeas were definitely just done with hunting for the day as soon as we got into the Black Steel Shelter. But it seems they weren't done with me in particular as Rias asked in confusion. "How did you get the tiger, to not eat us?"
I gave Rias a dull look and after taking a deep breath I spoke bluntly. "Sacred Blood Creatures aren't stupid. Sure they aren't as intelligent as humans or can understand our speech. But even a toddler can understand someone handing them food and offering to give them more food."
The three busty redheads shared a look before Runeas spoke with some exhaustion. "Alright, that makes enough sense sorta. But I am dead tired! So girls let's head back home. We did make good progress on our Ordinary and Primitive stats."
All three girls shared a nod with Mio adding on. "Oh, by the way, Jake. Could I get your email?"
I blinked at hearing that, as honestly I kinda figured they would be avoiding me like the plague at having ran into a Sacred Blood Creature.
But I nodded and I shared my email with Mio who smiled before she said. "Thank you Jake, unlike these two I am more driven to get stronger in the Sanctuary as I will be going to college instead of having our families pay to avoid the draft."
Runeas then stabbed her cousin in the side of her big perky tit with a finger making Mio squeak and hold her breast as Rias scolded her. "Mio! He isn't part of our family, so don't be talking about those matters with him."
I held up my hands defensively as I said with a wry smile. "Alright girls, you be careful. I will be heading on out if you three don't need anything else?"
The three shared a look with Mio saying pointedly. "You may want to stay in the shelter for a few hours Jake. To have that tiger lose your scent or whatever. Anyway, you be careful either way."
"Thank you for the warning Mio, but I am leaving the Sanctuary to do some training anyway." I explained with the three nodding and then with that we shared a few perfunctory words before I left the girls to take the teleporter back to reality.
And once I got out, I sent Yang Manli a message while I was in a taxi that was taking me to the gym. With the message conveys that I took the girls out successfully, and got them some Geno points though there was that hiccup with the Sacred Blood Creature.
But after a few minutes of riding in the taxi my phone rang with Yang Manli calling me.
And the moment I picked up I could hear Yang Manli's voice tinged with concern. "Jake are you saying that a Sacred Blood Creature is roaming within twenty minutes of the Shelter?"
"Yeah, the tiger has some kind of spatial, or extreme speed ability as well." I explained with Yang Manli going silent before groaning.
[We are likely going to need to hunt down the creature... That or Shen Tianzi will have his group try to hunt it down if the tiger gets seen by other people as well.]
My lips twitched at the thought of hunting that rhino-sized tiger and I said flatly. "Yeah, alot of people will be dying as they trample through the forest trying to hunt that oversized tiger. Anyway, I have training to continue and I know my limit I won't be going after that tiger for a long while."

Yang Manli cut off the call with me sleeping my phone back into my pocket... However, as I considered the points I could get from the group and what I could then use it for,
I remembered something I could take advantage of in the Sanctuary possibly... There was supposed to be a young master of the Xue family wandering between the Black Steel Shelter and another much further Shelter.
And said Xue's young master was a complete sociopathic asshole, who was carrying an SS-ranked Hyper Geno Art which was literally one of the universe's best Hyper Geno Arts just wandering about.
'Fuck you Han Sen, it's just stupid how many cheats fall into your lap.' I thought spitefully as it was truly just fucking stupid how all the cheats fell into his lap, but after reading some spoilers for the end of Super Gene.
It actually kinda made sense with all the cosmic gods and whatnot that were pushing things in the background.
But I didn't remain annoyed as I knew there were plenty of opportunities for me to snag goodies, especially with how Han Sen was going to be significantly slowed down with how he didn't have the Geno Gem to evolve his beast souls.
Once I got to the gym I continued my advanced Observation and Armament Haki training of having high-speed dodge balls shot at me. And after a couple of hours of training with my eyes blindfolded my other senses were enhanced and I started catching bits with my willpower.
The episode with the tiger definitely helped me get more in contact with my haki, to say the least with all the stress that was involved with that incident.
Which definitely was helping me get in contact with my Haki at least on the Observation side of things.
After a few hours of being hit across the body with high-speed dodge balls and then doing some weight training to test out my enhanced strength after filling out my stats so much.
I headed back home where I took another good shower to clean up all the sweat and drown out the stress of the day before I went to bed where I found Qin Xuan the leader of her organization had sent out a group message.
[Warning! A Sacred Blood Tiger that's not native to our Shelter in the Black Steel Shelter has confirmed thirty-seven kills of various Hunters at this point today. Be extremely careful outside of the shelter for your own safety as the tiger seems to be hunting humans after our group and the Sons of Heaven sent a hunting party and offended it.]
My lips twitched as I read the message, as it seemed that the tiger was definitely fucking petty as all hell if it was going out of its way to hunt down humans. As it was clearly not even hunting us for food even, no it was hunting us as a punishment for the dumbasses who tried to hunt it.
'Hmm, well its a good thing I didn't plan to go out towards the river. I am going to the north towards where that Xue clan member should be hunting/wandering about... Assuming he is even still alive anyway.' I mused before shrugging as I put down my phone.
But just as my head slapped into the pillow I groaned as my phone rang with a phone call. And seeing an unregistered I.D calling me I answered with my typical strategy and spoke in a dull monotone.
"Fresko City Morgue, you bag em, we tag em. How may I help you?"
The line was silent before I heard a woman's voice speak out in confusion. [Jake... Is that you? Or did I get a fake email?]
I coughed hearing Mio's voice and I said quickly. "Sorry Mio, I thought it was a scam call, so what's up?"
[That tiger we saw is the one who killed a bunch of people.] Mio stated.
And I was silent for a minute before I took a breath and said. "Yeah, that's definitely the tiger we met?" I spoke calmly with a hint of questioning why she was mentioning it.
There was a pause before Mio said quietly. [I feel like we shouldn't have said anything. One of my friends got hurt that was following my cousin Qin Xuan.]
I made a noise of discontent as this was obviously kinda... Just fucking stupid to talk about as it was the Sanctuary, people died there all the time as the animals and living creatures there were far stronger than humanity was.
But Mio? She was clearly on the softer side so I said more calmly. "Mio, they knowingly went after a Sacred Blood Creature. Just be glad they only got hurt and didn't get killed."
There was a pause before Mio spoke again. [I- I understand that Jake, I just don't like my own friends getting hurt or dying you know. Anyway, are you going back into the Sanctuary later tomorrow?]
My lips twitched as I realized she wanted me to help her in the Sanctuary again, but I just took a breath and answered honestly. "Not later in the day anyway, I plan to go hunt in the northern mountains to get some bird-themed Beast Soul's super early in the day."
I could all but hear Mio's pout as she groused over the phone. "I see... And I can't convi- Never mind, you should be careful then Jake. I heard that rat Han Sen was also seen in the northern mountains. But it's such a large place it's likely you won't even see him."
My lips curled as I ruminated on meeting Han Sen before I nodded as I was confident I could protect myself should I run into him even if he had that Sacred Blood tier armor Beast Soul.
"Alright Mio, I will be careful. Anyway, have you ladies tried practicing with your new Beast Soul's yet?" I asked as I knew the the Water Arrow Crab's Beast Soul took a bit of practice to use.
And in response, I heard Mio nervously giggle and say. [Hahaha sorry Jake, but you are breaking-]
My phone made a clicking noise before a couple of beeps making me snort at the realization that Mio just hung up on me. "Brat... Well, time for me to get some rest." I muttered as I put my phone onto the bed stand next to me before I went to sleep.
After II woke up, I had the very pleasant surprise of seeing my Ant Armor had actually evolved to Sacred Blood tier while I had been sleeping! So with me having my Mutated tier Scorpion Spear I was alot more confident about getting into conflict now.
So while in my apartment I checked out my new armor before I left the apartment bright and super early so I could walk through the less crowded streets to the teleporter.
However as I was doing so, I heard some news about how humanity's battles against the Shura on planet Aldrossi was going well with several Evolver's from the Fourth Sanctuary coming back to reality and pushing them back.
'Hmm, the Shura and other alien races... I wonder how long until I inevitably have to fight them.' I mused as I knew the Shura race were very strong. To the point that their nobles could fight the demi-god level human's that had been through up to the fourth sanctuaries.
And their royals could fight the fifth-level sanctuary Evolvers who were basically divines.
But regardless I just got into the teleporter after checking in and then I got my bearings in the Shelter I quickly left as I headed for the northern mountains, which required me to go through before I could get to the swamp lands that were where the Xue heir should be.
Once I got away from the shelter and all the possible forms of surveillance I equipped my Sacred Blood tier Ant Armor and I couldn't help a whistle as its bloody crimson-red exoskeleton armor gleamed under the sun's gaze.
"Damn this is good, with this armor I will only need to worry about Mutated creatures landing a surprise hit on me and other Sacred Blood creatures," I muttered to myself as I stretched in the armor to feel how it stretched and twisted around my body.
