Registration & entering the Forest Lands
Next day Li Min woke up early in the morning for training and also he knew that he must fight and adapt to the strength of the body otherwise his foundation might become unstable and he will have problems in future breakthroughs.
"I need to go to the Cultivators Association to register as a Cultivator and go to BloodHill Forest to train".
Thinking what to do on today Li Min freshened up and started his journey towards the Cultivators association. There are Cultivators associations in every city even if they are low-tier cities.
Li Min came to stop and looked at his savings and sighed relief because before he occupied this body the remaining half soul has worked and saved some decent amount of money. The currency in this world is copper, silver and gold coins. But Cultivators use monster cores as currency but only the monster cores up to white grade has currency values because after white grade monster cores the last two grade monsters cores are very hard to find as they are very difficult to kill.
Li Min stopped before a modern looking building it is surrounded by purely glass Li Min concluded that it is not normal glass because of its thickness and he confirmed that even nascent soul formation realm Cultivators will have difficulty in breaking the glass.
Li Min stopped before a reception counter and said" I came here to register as a Cultivator and obtain my Cultivator license".
Only people who reached Foundation Establishment realm can register as Cultivators because after reaching the Foundation Establishment Realm people need to consolidate and wait for sometime before attempting a breakthrough into next minor realm.
The receptionist eyed Li Min and went into trance as he was mostly Handsome and after sometime she took a form and said to Li Min to " Please fill the form and bring it back".
After taking and filling the form Li Min submitted it back to the Receptionist and after seeing the guardian and parents column blank and Orphan blank is checked she gets shocked because for an orphan to reach foundation establishment realm before 15 is very difficult. She confirms that Li Min must be hiding his identity as some high end young master and going into forest for training.
The receptionist cross checks the data and finds that he is really an orphan and admires him. She confirms herself that Li Min must be a once in century genius.
Li Min wait for around half an hour and gets his Cultivator license and it is mentions his name age and his cultivation realm after every minor breakthrough he can update the card from the nearest cultivation Association building and he gets a monthly allowance from the government as he is an orphan and also a cultivator who is orphan. Rich families or top families doesn't have this kind of allowances.
After completing his registration Li Min goes to the nearest bus stop and board a bus for going to the outskirts of the city for hunting.
Li Min reaches the outskirts pretty quickly as he is in the border city in his state. After getting ready and preparing himself he walks towards the checkpoint where people needs to get checked before going into forests it helps in keeping check of the records of who went inside and who came outside.
If a person or a group does not come out of the forest after a certain period a search party is assigned to bring them back if they are alive or their corpses if they are dead.
The Forest Lands is the miniature version of BloodHill Forest as it is situated in the remaining half part of the blue planet. The Forest lands contain beasts upto purple grade and it was also spotted a very long time ago.
The Forest Land is a place with risk and opportunities. So, many youngsters and people who are stuck in their current realms comes here for opportunities.
