Thank you for reading my stories, for taking the time to leave comments, share your theories, and discuss every chapter. Seeing your excitement and reading your opinions has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. Your support means more to me than I can express.
Yesterday, I asked for your feedback through a poll because I've been struggling with something behind the scenes.
Writing three ongoing novels at the same time has become more challenging than I expected. Every few days I have to step away from one world, immerse myself in another, and then switch again. Over time, I've realized that this constant shift has started to affect both my writing process and my ability to stay fully invested in each story.
After reading all of your comments and looking at the poll results, I've made a decision.
For the time being, I'll be focusing primarily on Baelon: Heir to the Iron Throne.
This means Shinigami of the Marvel World and A Prince of Ash and Fire will be paused temporarily while I work on completing Arc 1 of Baelon. My goal is to increase Baelon's release pace so I can stay immersed in the story and deliver chapters more consistently.
With my attention focused on a single story, you can expect around 2–4 Baelon chapters per week, depending on my workload outside of writing. This new release schedule will begin with next week's chapter releases.
I do want to reassure everyone about one thing:
This is a pause—not an ending.
Both stories will return.
In particular, A Prince of Ash and Fire is an essential part of the larger universe I'm building, and I have no intention of abandoning it. The same goes for Shinigami of the Marvel World. They are stories I care deeply about, and I fully intend to continue them once Baelon's first arc is complete.
I know this news may disappoint some of you, especially those who primarily follow the other stories, and for that I'm genuinely sorry. This wasn't an easy decision to make, but I believe it's the best choice for maintaining quality and consistency going forward.
